Innovative Heating & Air are the best! The owner came out on the 4th of July to see why my A/C had stopped working. After checking the unit out in the hot attic he found bad wiring to be the problem. I've used Derreck before and his company has always done an outstanding job.
We had an A/C emergency on a Sunday night, on a holiday weekend. It was 95° inside our house.... 108° outside! I called a larger H&A company and did not get a response. I found Innovative H&A on Google and called. Dereck dropped everything at 8:40pm and came out. In less than 1 hour he repaired the issue and our house started cooling. Dereck was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I now have his information in my contacts and will be using him in the future.
What an amazing experience I had with Innovative Heating and Air!!! I can’t thank the team enough for working with me and accommodating my schedule. Having to make the large purchase for my home was a bit scary. Innovative Heating and air made it very easy for me to understand. I was even given options to fix it. There was never a pressure to purchase anything . I can’t thank you enough. I would highly recommend them. Although, I hope you never have to use the services again if I do, I have the complete confidence that on I’m his priority list. Even before I became a customer I felt I was a a priority. Had great experience with Innovative hating and air. They rearranged our air conditioning tubing in the attic so we can move around more easily. They went all the way to back in cramped quarters and braced everything down in professional manner. Decent price and a job well done. Also were responsive and got it done quickly.
Quick to respond, fit us in between jobs and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.
I can’t say enough how thankful I am that I stumbled across this company! Innovative was recommended to me by many people once I asked for a good hvac company to have a quote done. I immediately reached out to Dereck explaining my situation that my family recently suffered from a house fire and insurance was giving us a hard time stating we didn’t need a new system even though that’s where the smoke traveled through. Dereck was incredibly helpful and came out to inspect within days & got us on the schedule as soon as possible. His team who came to install were very polite, informative & helpful. The entire process was a piece of cake! I can’t say how thankful I am for this amazing group of people who worked so hard on getting us taken care so we could be home sooner than later! I will forever recommend them with ANY hvac need!!!!

Derek and his team are professional, friendly and very responsive. They came out on a Sunday to help get us up and running when it was 100 degrees outside.
Dereck was great to work with, excellent communication, professional, and flexible with my schedule. He came to looked at my furnace the same day I called him, explained what the problem was, let me know what my option were, and he was able to get my heating working once the part came in.
Absolutely love the quick response to set up an appointment. Very happy with our brand new American made HVAC. Highly recommend! Derek is super honest and very responsive to any questions I had.
I purchased the Mitsubishi split heating and air units. I love them… You don’t have to heat or cool the whole house, which helps save money on the PG&E bill. Excellent customer service they went over everything with detail. I would refer them to anyone of my friends. Thank you Dereck for keeping me cool and warm in my home, I greatly appreciate it
I had these guys install a new mini split on my shop and they performed maintenance on my main house system. They did great work, very responsive, clean and professional. I’ll definitely reach out to them for help in the future.

Innovative Hesting and Air replaced our heating and air system. Their bid was lowest and they made room in their schedule to get my system done right away. After installation we had a minor problem with our system and the owner came over right away and took care of it. Great company to deal with.
Derek was top notch! He was very informative and helpful. He was able to come out quickly after the problem with my heater came up and he followed up the next day. I was so thrilled to get it up and running during this cold winter we’ve had. I would recommend Innovative Heating and Air to anyone that needed this type of work!

Derek and his team were excellent. I had a mini split system installed and they were all very knowledgeable and communicated the process in detail throughout the entire install. The price was great, and the quality of the install and attention to detail was as well. As someone who is particular about how things look as well as function, I love the way the system looks and their recommended placement. Derek goes out of his way to communicate and make himself available for his customers more so than many other companies I've worked with for home improvement. 10/10 all around.
