Cody and Jay are always insanely fast. The service I’ve received from this company has been unbelievable. From quick repairs to major installs - they do great work faster than I’d ever expect. Innovative Air installed our system in 2017 and it's been great. Early this Saturday morning I had smelled a burning plastic/rubber smell and noticed after a while that it was coming from our vents when our heat turned on. We had a friend familiar with HVAC come take a look and advised we call Innovative Air because we needed a new blower. The burning plastic/rubber smell was stickers and other matter burning in the blower as it was not working (spinning). I called at around 11:30AM, talked to Mike and he was out to us by 12:20 to fix it! He was very friendly and easygoing. The whole experience was great! Just a tip to anyone: providing a model number and serial number when needing assistance is also helpful to the servicemen. Thank you Mike and Innovative Repair for making our short notice problem no issue at all!
Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for Innovative Air as others have. We have had Innovative Air out multiple times to address multiple HVAC concerns. We are now working with other HVAC contractors to pursue a quality correction. It has been very obvious that while Innovative Air is physically present when onsite, they are mentally on to the next job.

The owner Mike is a great guy, and the guys he has working for him know wat there doing. The company I work for subs out all our HVAC to them. Dependable and reliable, I highly recommend Innovative Air... Just so happened that our furnace went out the other day an had to be replaced Mike and his guys did a great job on the new install. I'm very satisfied
