They do not work on house trailer air conditioners.
Advertised it does cleaning of air vents....I called, answering service didnt know for sure of not if they did or not and asked me to call back in two hours. Thought that was a bit "strange" for an answering service to request. But I did and I was told tbey no long offer that service. Shouldnt be advertising it either! Inform your employees too!
Right before the HOT holiday weekend, our outside AC condenser unit stopped working. Called Inman here in Columbia, IL at 10am. Very kind lady took my info and informed me a field tech will reach out to me asap. Just 15 minutes later I received a call from Craig to confirm info and he informed me he will be at my house no later than 1pm. Got a phone call from Craig again at 12:25 to tell me he's on his way. By 1pm he had diagnosed root cause and repaired unit. Wife and I were "wowed" by Inman's professionalism including a fare price for parts & labor. Thanks, Craig! We will definitely use Inman Heating & Cooling again :-)

My family’s experience with Craig & Chris from Inman was exceptional! The guys were great with their communication and promptness. They were very professional and well organized with their work, and explained the system and process thoroughly. The system they installed works flawlessly and they cleaned up after themselves well too. All the guys on the crew were very nice and respectful of our property and had great manners. They made sure to get us taken care of asap because we have a baby and needed the AC before the hot weather comes. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks guys!!!
My heat went out overnight. I called from work to have it fixed . Done before I got home. Only charged $50 because registered and under warranty. Great service..
I came home from out of town to no heat. It was Sunday and I called Inman Air to set up an appointment. The dispatcher was so nice, she told me if I could wait until Monday she would get someone there first thing in the morning and it would be cheaper. I was skeptical but sure enough, two very capable repair men showed up at 8:15 am! Not only did they have the part my furnace needed on hand, they installed it quickly and even checked over the rest of my system. I can definitely say that the commercials they run are true. They are not here to charge you anymore than what you need to pay. I will always call them with my heating and cooling needs. Thank you for being honest.
First of all, THE Bart Inman showed in person to check out my furnace!! I was having issues with the heat turning itself off. As soon as Bart looked at the unit, he immediately showed me that the furnace was leaking carbon monoxide. It was crazy!! And he explained why we were getting headaches. It is very scary to know it was leaking carbon monoxide. Bart shut of the system and promised to have someone out in the morning to replace. And Mike showed up bright and early to replace with Scott! Bart showed up a couple times just to check in...They did an incredible job and had us up and running by early afternoon. I had such an incredible experience; they were quick to show up and did a great job! I highly recommend calling Inman!
We were in the middle of a snow storm and -20 degree wind chill and the furnace quit. Mr. Inman responded within 30 minutes and got the furnace working. Very efficient response and work. Thank you and I highly recommend the company.

My near miss with using this company was a blessing. Bart Inman is a conman that tries to make you think he is a regular guy helping you when in fact he preys on innocent un informed buyers...be aware and do your research and get second and third options.

These folks are amazing! I called because my ac wasn't cooling the house. A service tech was here in a matter of hours. My ac unit had a major leak. Instead of pushing me into a new unit, I was given all of my options and didn't feel pressured into any of them. The service tech was professional and courteous. I decided to replace both the ac and furnace units (they were about 20 years old). He scheduled me for the very next morning. The installation team was top notch! They were clean and extremely knowledgeable. I've dealt with other HVAC companies and Inman is second to none!
Last night our home was about 80 degrees and climbing. When we figured out it was the AC unit and not just the thermostat we decided to call Inman as they had come out before about 10 years ago to do some work. With in 10 minutes of us calling the 24hr number and leaving a message with the person who answered a service man called and said he would be out in the morning. Around 8am I got a call and he stated he would be here with in the hour and he was. Once he got here he had it fixed in less then 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will continue to call on them if I need assistance in the future. In addition to being on time and courteous he was clean and dressed in a professional manor. Thank you Craig Inman for all your help.

Craig came out at a moments notice and fixed our heat. He was very friendly and really helped us out in a pinch. Great service and would highly recommend for any job.
My heat went out on a very cold January night and I called Inman Heating and Cooling in Columbia, IL. Craig Inman came out the same night at 9pm. Fixed and running again, only charged $50 service call and cost of the part. I will definitely be using him in the future and recommend to all my friends and family! Locally owned family business who truly cares, cant get much better than that!

I called Inman on a Sunday morning because our main floor a/c appeared to not be working. I got a real live person when I called. She passed along my info to Craig who called me back about 20 mins later. He as able to come by our house that afternoon. After turning the air back on and checking the freon pressure we noticed the air was working properly again. He had no explanation why it did that but he says it happens often. All the vents were blowing 58F air. I then asked him if I just owed $50 for the service call. Yes, they only charge $50 on the weekends which is incredible. He told me not to worry about the service call because he didn't have to do anything. In the end our air is working perfect and we didn't have to spend a dime. Giving them this positive review is the least I can do. I will definitely be using Inman in the future!
First billed $600 to install 6 pounds of freon in my air conditioner. Lowered the price to $510 ($85 per pound)when I protested. Freon prices on-line are as low as $15 per pound.
