Competent service! Their service technician arrived within an hour for a furnaces repair and even called 30 mins before his arrival. I was impressed by his expertise and efficiency in diagnosing the problem, which only took him an hour to fix. He was also informative throughout the whole repair of my furnace, which I appreciated. I've found this company online for an ac and heater repair. I called them last Saturday afternoon, and they were able to send me an appointment on the same day. The technician arrived at my place on time and was able to complete the repair within an hour at a very reasonable price. He is also a knowledgeable and informative guy. I would really give this company 10 stars if I could. One month ago, I had my AC serviced. It worked for only one month and malfunctioned again and during a recent heatwave! When I called Ingleside Heating and Air Conditioning, they were honest and gave me the "best and worst case scenario" problem and the costs. When I called them on a Monday morning, they arrived less than an hr later. They immediately diagnosed the problem and charged me within the range they initially quoted. They didn't try to take advantage and over charge me. And, they both did it with a smile. Really great company and high integrity!
