I own a house in Rockaway Beach and had a plumbing back up on a weekend. I called a plumber that I had worked with before, he was busy but he was able to get Ingenuity Plumbing to come out to clear the clog. I received a bill for $619.00. They billed me for 2.5 hours and spent 1/2 hour in the house treating the clog. The rest was for travel and weekend work. Now, I get it, gas is expensive and it's the weekend but really!?!?! They charged me $187.50 an hour. That's crazy. UPDATE: The owner of this company called me and refunded me $343.00. I appreciate that he made it right. He indicated to me that customer satisfaction is their goal and based on his response, I would agree.
They were overbooked but still made time to come out and help. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
