We've used Infinity Air solutions for almost a decade now. Doug and the team are prompt, respectful, and really talented at what they do. Unlike other companies that try to upsell you on projects, or squeeze on deals you don't want, Infinity is always respectful of your family's budget and needs. These guys seriously are the best.
Will not use anyone else, the owner/salesperson /install team member, makes the experience great. I had 4 different quotes, they were the cheapest with the same equipment as the others. The customer service is exceptional, I truly feel taken care of. This company is the best I could find in Hoover!

If you are searching for someone in the Birmingham area to do your HVAC work your search is over. Infinity Air Solutions is by far the best experience I've had when it comes to HVAC businesses. Doug and his team were nice, fair, and honest. I will be using them again for any future HVAC services and needs that may arise.

I've used Doug and Infinity Air for HVAC repairs and maintenance for a few years now. Doug's helped me get my heat back on after hours, install a smart thermostat, and maintain my a/c unit. They've always been friendly and forthright. Have and would recommend to friends.

My husband has called infinity out to repair our upstairs heating and air conditioning unit two different times and Doug has found the problem and fixed it both times and this is an older unit. Infinity has exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond for us. Very quick to respond and take care of the issues with your heating and air. Doug seems interested in fixing the issue instead of just selling a new system which I appreciate. Call them, you will not regret it.
Awesome experience! This is an honest, family-run business. They responded quickly to my call. Even though I had a 23 year old unit, the technician worked to repair the system. He did not make me feel that the unit must be replaced immediately. I appreciated his attempts, but knew the unit was on its way out. When the unit finally gave out again, I made the decision to replace the unit. Infinity gave me an extremely reasonable and competitive quote. They also offered excellent, manageable financing with a well known institution. The unit replacement process was completed in one day with little inconvenience to me. The technicians were neat, efficient, professional & friendly. After the unit was replaced I had a few questions, and the company owner was quick to come by my home and address the situation. He left me with a feeling of confidence that he guaranteed their work and the system installed. Infinity Air Solutions gave my home cool air again, coming from a new, beautiful Trane unit along with the education of its operations. (Yes, it was beautiful to me, after spending two weeks in this summer's 100 degree weather.) They also left me with the feeling that they would be there if I had any future needs. Great experience with a truly professional company. Doug the owner told me that his motto is to treat people how he wants to be treated. He exemplified that in his work. Not only did he clean up the mistake another AC company made, but he took his time to explain to me everything that he did. I will be using them again!

Great experience, on time and very god repair. Had a leak in an unusual place but it was found and part replaced. Would use again in a heart beat.
Very impressed with the fast service. We had a major issue ( ceiling falling due to air conditioner leak) on a Saturday. Doug came out and had the issue fixed before lunch! Really pleased with the service and felt it was a fair price.
I haven't had any experience with their service. The people were great however.
