I would definitely recommend Infinity A/C Service. I called early morning and office staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and able to get me an appointment for the same day! The technician came out on time and was very professional and quick. He identified the problem and ordered the parts right away. As soon as the parts came in a couple days later (Friday evening), Emmanuel and his team were here working until late night to make sure that my family and I don’t have to suffer the heat through the weekend. I greatly appreciate the work ethic and the dedication to satisfy customers. Thank you, and I will definitely be using this company again.
Not knowing who to call, I came across INFINITY A/C & read a few reviews & was very impressed w/clients leaving 5⭐reviews! Speaking w/a knowledgeable receptionist, she sent her crew & within 20mins., Emmanuel & Ivan showed up! That in itself was amazing cuz it was already after 3 & on a Saturday!! They power-washed the entire unit, checked all coils & (if any) freon leaks!! I was glad to see that they did ALL this work in less than an hour!! Our AC stopped blowing cold air on a very hot day. I was thinking that we were going to have to wait until Monday. I called Infinity, and they came in less than an hour. They were very professional and walked me through everything that they did as they troubleshoot the problem. They fixed it in less than an hour. Great service and I highly recommend them.

Manuel and he’s wife were very professional with great customer service but most importantly compassionate. I called them at about 11:30 at night and the first thing they asked me was if we had kids in the house. They were so determined to get my ac up and running and they did! That is what you call ABOVE AND BEYOND!
Infinity replaced 5 units for us in South Padre Island in some property we own. They were the most reasonable and the service was the best I've ever received from an HV/AC company I have ever used. I highly recommend them for any HV/AC services.

Great service I made the phone call the technician came in the same day have the diagnostic, couple of days showed up gave maintenance to the AC system and the technician fixed what the other technician left behind, hopefully I don’t have any more issues with the AC system. Convenient 24 hr service. Punctual. Informative. Available! Everything you want and need in a service! We called around 10pm when the a/c stopped working and within 15-20 minutes they were at our door. Ended up having warranty and scheduled an appointment for replacement parts to which they were punctual, thorough and prompt with their work. Worth every penny!
