This family owned business is the absolute best!!!!!! I am in a rental, now, and my landlord pays the fees. Jose and his crew are wonderful people who work hard to fix your problem and I will continue to give them my business, wherever I move.
I did not use this company for any job nor would I because of this incident. The employees are extremely rude and blocked traffic on my street while they stood around chatting. When people honked or asked them to move they acted like they didn't speak English and just laughed. Traffic had to reroute because they would not move their van.
Came out at 10pm and fixes my ac unit on the hottest day of the year
I would like to thank this company for freezing all day Christmas Day. They were hired to remove & replace my furnace for fire hazard drywall repairs before I closed on the house in July. They did not re-wire the furnace correctly. Christmas Day 2020 just happened to be a 12 degree day when the furnace was needed to help the heat pump. Due to their incompetence they switched two wires, one high amp, one low amp. They cost me $200 and a missed Christmas dinner with my family to fix a problem that should have never happened. Call Roy Rogers heating and Air. They were quick, competent, and highly affordable for a Christmas Day repair.
We moved into a rental unit that needed a new system. Jose and his coworkers came in and had it completely replaced within 2 hours. They kept it clean and worked quickly and had us back in AC in no time.
Indy Heating & Air installed a new HVAC & furnace last year for us. I’ve called a few times & sent a message whenever I have questions. I’ve gotten a response from them every time and received the best service. Would recommend them.
