Let me start by saying that I highly recommend this company from my own experience… I called before the Company was open and left a callback number and explained that I wanted to make an appointment for a routine maintenance inspection since my pr had quit the business. Indoor Weather’s Scheduler/Dispatcher called me back the minute they opened and was extremely helpful in getting me an appointment that same week. I believe the Technician that came out was Alex, but I’m not sure because I was also dealing with other issues and can’t be sure, but he was beyond excellent and extremely knowledgeable and honest. He showed me 2 things that were installed totally wrong and probably due to cost cutting. One of the issues MUST be repaired because it has already failed from improper materials used. This doesn’t surprise me because unbeknownst to me, I hired THE WORST HVAC CONTRACTOR ever for the install -(stay far, far away from company called Wicks -owner Mike is mean spirited, does shoddy work and is dishonest) I will be using Island Weather for ALL of my HVAC work in the future!

Last month Indoor Weather Heating, Air & Refrigeration converted our furnace from gas forced air to an air source heat pump. The work was done on time, professionally and as promised. Given what So Cal Gas is charging these days, it is a great relief when I pay the bills. It cost a bit more on the front end but the cost of gas will cancel that out quickly. Especially here on the mountain, anyone who continues to use gas is missing the boat. I wish all contractors here were as good as Indoor.

Administration and installation went extremely smooth, office staff was very courteous and pleasant, and was very attentive. Alex the manager on the project provided great insight and knowledge and helped in selecting the right heating and AC system. Alex was also attentive in reviewing the work performed to make sure it was meeting his expectations.
They got to us quickly, fixed the problem at a fair price, and were able to give us some leads for other craftsmen to help with some related projects. I really could not have asked for more!
Our heater was not turning on and with a big winter storm coming we were worried! Called at 7:45am and Kory got us on his schedule. He showed up got right to work- figured out the issue- went above and beyond- repaired the dinosaur heater we have to get us warm through this storm. Gave us a quote to replace this ancient furnace and we look forward to having him back to make our home more efficient! Amazing service! So grateful to him for his time and efforts today! Our furnace went out and they showed up the next day to analyze the problem and give us an estimate. They installed the new blower motor the following day, and it's working like new. I highly recommend Indoor Weather. Great service, reasonable price, and very professional.

Our heater stopped working during one of the coldest week in December. We called in the morning and Kori responded right away! He found the problem, was able to resolve it quickly and at a reasonable. Very professional and friendly. Thank you Kori!!

They answer the phone and have been able to come out twice the same day I called. Very rare in Lake Arrowhead! Trust worthy, friendly and very knowledgeable. Definitely will always be my first call!
These folks are the best—we had a heating emergency and they showed up quickly, fixed the problem (broken blower motor), and we very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Kory goes above and beyond. My sister’s house was flooding, from a faulty valve. He was there doing her heating system annual maintenance. He notified us of the leak, shut off the water, and offered to assist us with anything we needed to fix the problem. In the past, my gas line froze, he was the only person to return my frantic phone calls. He advised me to call the gas company, but he also came to my home, to check my furnace for me. This was during a snow storm! I am grateful and blessed to have Indoor Weather in my life. Exceptional service! Thank you!!!!
