My warranty company sent them out. They showed up and fixed it quickly. Good service
Whoever scheduled me was very friendly, got a guy out next day but he had to order parts. Once the parts came in they came out fairly quickly and got my old system going. Very happy with indoor
Tech was great and fixed the problem on site
They do not come when they say they will be there and they do not answer the phone or return phone calls.
Great service! Staff always answered phone calls as well as any questions I had. HIGHLY recommend!
Indoor comfort is a great company. My technian Frank was very professional and reliable. Scheduling was fast. Highly recommend this company.
The office was fantastic. Fast service. I had indoor comfort came out to take a look at my furnace. Rose who scheduled me was super friendly and informative. Roland came out the next day and fixed the unit on the spot.
DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!!!! My water heater won’t stay lit so I called home warranty. Original appointment was scheduled for Monday. Got a call 30 min before saying my technician was out sick. Scheduled it for the next day. Replaced whole pilot system but he still couldn’t get it lit, now it’s the gas valve. Called right after the tech left (you have to call back to back 2-3 times everytime before the lady answers) to see if I could get back on the books asap because I have no heat or hot water with kids. Some empathy would be nice, not to rush the service or bump others but atleast communication given my circumstances would be nice. She finally answers and says she needs to follow up on the part in the morning before booking me again. No call back the next day. I call a few times no answer. I leave a message, no callback. Called again today (Thursday) no answer, call from my work phone and BAM an answer. asks my address and puts me on hold and then hangs up. I called a couple of times back. No answer. Absolutely ridiculous, this lady should be fired. If you can’t communicate you should not be in business, period. If your incapable of having difficult conversations no matter how hard, you should not be on the phones. How hard is it to contact someone and say “hey I’m just following up because I know your waiting but we are still working on that” or in the least…... answer the phone! They are known for this, read other reviews. Had hope despite them and actually surprised I got as far as I did despite the lack of her answering the phone. Had to call my warranty people back to switch to another company. Don’t respond to this review with your generic response. If you cared about customer service at all….as quickly as you can twittle your thumbs to respond, you can just as easily call me with a response…be accountable for your unprofessionalism. Rant over.
I would not recommend using this company I was scheduled for a service on 2/20 I have been trying to get a hold of them for over a month now and if someone does pick up they tell me someone will get back to me and then never does! They even came and did the intitial appointment with me and took my payment method. They have still not came to do the work and I can’t seem to reach anyone or get any answers mind you in the coldest winter ever Very very bad customer service!
No call no show, have to call all 3 phone numbers 37 times to get them to answer one time 2 hours after tech was suppose to arrive, tech never called, still no one has called back my appt was 8-10 time frame left multiple voicemails still nothing thanks indoor comfort my house is indefinitely comfortable at 56 degrees i really like not having central heat and air when its according to tech a 30 minute job as its just a blower motor
Staff don't call back when they say they will call u back. It is hard to know what is going on from indoor comfort people
Tech was very professional, quick to diagnose and fix the AC issue
Never use this company!!!!!Our upstairs toilet is leaking through our ceiling directly over our kitchen. This company was contracted out through our home warranty company. Took weeks to get and initial Appointment. Each visit the plumber would say she's too tired or too busy to finish the job. A month later our toilet is still leaking into our kitchen. She makes comments like "you have other bathrooms you can use" and when asking about the mold that has started after a month of wetness she said" mold isn't a big deal!" People make it a big deal but I grew up around mold and I'm fine!" Horrible horrible service!!!! Never use these people! Call someone who cares about their job and customers! CALL SOMEONE ELSE ANYONE ELSE!!!!
DO NOT do business with this company! The reviews are TRUE! The receptionist staff are professional LIARS, the HVAC crew will do a patch job and a few months down the line you will be calling Indoor comfort to come back out for repair, It takes FOREVER for indoor comfort to order parts (IF they even order the parts) and Fidelity is a JOKE. AVOID THIS COMPANY. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!
We are going on 34 days, in 95-100 degree heat, without air conditioning, with no end in sight. We have been literally forced by our Fidelity Home Warranty to use this vendor. They have been consistently booked out 1.5 - 2 weeks for each appt. we've had with them. After two prior visits (7/8 and 7/18) where we stand right now is that we agreed to pay our portion of the AC replacement on July 25th, and the first available appt. *JUST* TO* TALK* TO *SOMEONE* is Aug. 11th. They won't even put our installation on the schedule until then. (Literally 18 days wait to go over money and paperwork before the job can be scheduled) I understand being busy and booked out, but why would they continue to take new business if the customers they currently have are waiting miserably? Why would they leave our house knowing it wasn't fixed, just to put us off for another week and a half? (each day counts when it's a stuffy 87 degrees inside your house...) Out of curiosity, I called another vendor who came out 2 days later (for sales, not repair), and we could have our unit replaced by the end of the week .... yet i'm looking at *another* month before Indoor Comfort would be able to install our new unit. I realize this isn't 100% Indoor Comfort's fault, Fidelity is just as much, or more, responsible for continuing to say this is the ONLY vendor they work with. However, the WAIT for their service, in which we have no other option than to replace our HVAC system completely out of pocket with another contractor, is ABSURD. Sounds like a shady relationship between Fidelity Home Warranty and Indoor Comfort and profit is more important than customer service. I wonder if they're giving priority to new business or people paying out of pocket and the home warranty people are just sh*t out of luck. We are COMPLETELY at their mercy with no recourse. We haven't even seen the actual quote or total scope/cost of the job, only Fidelity has, and we only know what isn't covered a
My home warranty company contracted Indoor Comfort to work on my HVAC. After waiting over a week for my appointment, no technician showed up. They explained that the one technician that they have in my area has not been responding to calls or texts and they didn’t know where he was, and that I would have to be pushed until tomorrow. The next day, again a technician did not show up for my new appointment. After calling multiple times, I finally got through to their office who told me their technician was behind and he should be there, just a bit late. He never showed. I tried for about an hour to call but never got an answer. Finally, I got my warranty company to call, who was able to get through to their office. They explained to my warranty company that they would need to push my appointment for another 5 days. I understand that some things happen, but this companies lack of professionalism, communication and reliability would make me recommend that you do NOT work with this company.
Plumbing it went well 👍
We had Sierra Pacific come out to check out HVAC and they said the most likely cause of zero refrigerant was due to theft. They were going to charge us 1200 dollars just to recharge the unit. We had Jaguar and another company from the central valley look at our unit and they both said there was a leak. No one was able to fix it. That's where Indoor Comfort Services comes in. Indoor Comfort came out and within one visit accurately diagnosed the issue and the next visit replaced the piping and recharge the unit. We were not able to use our A/C since February of 2022. Knowing what we know now, we should have called Indoor first.
Terrible company- If you are wanting to get a report sent to your home warranty company do not use Indoor Comfort Services! We have waited over a week and still no report. The home warranty company has called numerous times, we have called numerous times, all they say is we will have it to you at the end of the day. When the service man was here he left without even telling us what is wrong with our unit. He said it’s up to his manager to review his notes and make some decisions about what to do. Strange right…? The tech should share some insight other then you need duct work. The HVAC unit has badly worked for weeks but he said little about it. Other companies have the report done and submitted by the time they left the house, as well as estimated cost. This company just can’t get it together. STAY AWAY
We had our AC replaced by Indoor Comfort through our home warranty. They cancelled and rescheduled us several times which was inconvenient, not the end of the world. The technician that did the job smoked cigarettes the entire day he was here. I asked him to please not smoke on our front porch because we could smell it and had our preschool pod with four 3 year olds playing outside. He continued to smoke on the porch regardless. He was training a new woman, and she reinstalled all of our registers and over tightened all the screws, warping all of our new registers. We let them know this had happened and supplied many photos, many emails and at this point many calls. They have repeatedly said they were going to make it right and send us new registers but 5 months later, nothing. Every person I talk to acts like they are just learning about this...or that it is being taken care of and we should rest assured. This is some of the most shocking and terrible customer service I have ever experienced. I too am a business owner and could not imagine treating my customers like this. I imagine they continue to remain in business because they have a contract with the home warranty people and we had no choice but to use them because of that. I really wish they would just make this right.
