Update 6/21/22: I previously had left a review for Tony DeCaprio from a job that he done for us on a 2nd floor renovation. Unfortunately(and I hate to do this) this review earns a much lower score. I had been in touch with Tony for months and months leading up to our addition being constructed and framed out. We spent several hours reviewing the architectural plans as well as walking through my home mapping out duct work and equipment placement etc... Tony had sent a proposal and estimate on 12/20/21. We let him know that we were expecting to break ground in the near future and we would be in touch at the project progressed. On 4/21, I sent Tony a message alerting him that we were about 1 month from needing him to get started. On 5/26 I reached out to Tony to let him know we were ready, no response. On 5/31, I reached out once again at which time we talked on the phone and he was going to come over to start getting the job in motion. 3 Days later I received a text message from Tony saying that the addition was "way bigger than what I tried to bid off of the prints" and that the job was too big for him. When, in fact, the structure was built exactly to the specs outlined on the plans that were sent to him which he based his estimate on. No followup communication whatsoever other that a text message. I was extremely disappointed that Tony strung us along for 5 and a half months thinking he was our guy to do the work. We had budgeted based on his proposal and communicated with him through the entire process. Not once did he say he was retiring or couldn't complete the job he agreed to take on. Tony really let us down and now we are left scrambling to find another contractor to finish the work he committed to do for us. Our whole project is now delayed by several months as a result. Not sure how much this move will end up costing us in the end. As a man that preaches about church and faith, this move really shocked us with Tony. I thought he was a man
Tony is a breath of fresh air. Always extremely responsive to calls when a repair needs to be done or something checked out. Efficient, friendly, fair pricing and a pleasure to do business with.
We hired Tony last year to fix our air conditioner. His price was less expensive than others in the area and service prompt so we decided to hire him to replace our furnace and air conditioning this year. He is knowledgeable, he was prompt and professional. His workers were friendly and cleaned up. We are very happy with his work and would highly recommend him.
Tony and the electrician were prompt, courteous and efficient. They worked all day to install the system in one day! The system is easy to use and works very quietly. We were very pleased with the service and would highly recommend using Indoor Comfort Heating and Cooling.
Tony and indoor comfort heating are AMAZING! Tony is easy to get a hold of, follows through with fixing problems promptly and efficiently and is incredibly fair in his pricing. I wouldn't go to anyone else, and am so pleased and happy with the work this company has fulfilled for us. I will always continue to go to him for help with any of our future needs. Tony and his crew are the best. They worked with me using the EnergizeCT loan program and were incredibly personable, professional, and a pleasure to have in my home. We had an issue around 9PM one night, and I texted Tony to see what should be done. He called me immediately and assisted to remedy the issue on my own until he was able to be there at 8AM the next morning. The pricing is very fair, the materials used are top of the line, and my furnace/ductwork just LOOKS professional (aesthetics don't hurt when you need to look at it!) Anything I need from here on out will be from these guys, I have only used them once and trust them to do whatever is needed.

10 stars for Tony. My AC died and I called Tony at 9 a.m. He was in the area heading to another job. He was at my home in 5 minutes to take a quick look. My AC was fixed to get me through the summer and he was gone 20 minutes later. Like the Lone Ranger, he and Pat rode off to the next job. Just incredible!!! I am scheduling a new AC with him in the spring as mine is 30 years old and long overdue. I woudnt trust anyone else to do it. Thanks Tony...
Tony and his crew installed a central ac system including all of the duct work in my home. His work is neat, professional and he did not cut any corners. He emphasized completing the job the correct way from start to finish. I was especially impressed with his creativeness when designing the air ducts so that we did not lose any living or closet space. Even though doing the job correctly meant it was more difficult for him to install he put the time and effort to make it right. His pricing was far more reasonable than the other quotes I received and he provided more options to ensure our home is comfortable with the new ac system. Beyond his work, he is extremely punctual and just a really nice person. I would recommend this company to anyone!
I'm VERY pleased with the service I recieved from Indoor Comfort. They were early to my appointment and very friendly. They're prices are VERY reasonable. They were very helpful in helping me put things back. I HIGHLY recommend this company.
Tony and his crew did a beautiful job of installing a high efficiency gas heating system.My mother was nervous about our a/c (which wasn’t working) would have to be replaced as well but agony worked his magic and fixed the existing unit.It is hard to find honest,reputable and quality contractors.Highly highly highly recommended.
The field I work in is very different than HVAC, but both are highly predicated on customer satisfaction. Tony and the rest of the team at Indoor Comfort treat you as if you are family when you hire them. You can't beat their responsiveness and attention to detail. Furnace stopped working overnight. Called Tony first thing in the morning, and he fit me in his schedule and came that day and fixed it, charging only his normal very reasonable rate. He's also been out twice in the past couple of years during the summer to fix my AC system, again responding right away with same-day service and quickly getting it back in working order. Tony is the best.
I could not be more pleased with the work, professionalism, proficiency, quality and friendliness of Indoor Comfort Heating & Cooling, LLC. My mom's furnace died a few days before Christmas and it could not have happened at a worse time, on a Saturday night and right before a big holiday. Thankfully, Tony responded immediately to the dire situation and was super helpful and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what was wrong and how to get the job done without having to move the water heater when replacing the furnace as it was a tightly fitting closet that both were stored in. He helped to ease my elderly mom's anxiety about not having any heat and replaced the broken furnace that Monday morning. I would not hesitate to recommend Indoor Comfort Heating & Cooling, LLC for any heating or cooling work. I plan to hire Tony and his great crew again later this year to install central air conditioning in my home and I look forward to doing business with them again soon. Fantastic company!

Tony DeCaprio is a true professional ; knowledgeable, skillful, reliable, prompt and courteous. What else is there when you need service? We have used Indoor Comfort in the past to replace an entire A/C unit in a large home and were very satisfied. We recently called upon Indoor Comfort again but for a heating crisis during cold weather in our new home. Tony replaced our furnace and updated our thermostats at very reasonable price. Again, we highly recommend his company and will utilize his services in the future.
Called tony on a Friday night with an iced over air compressor, he was there on Saturday. He explained everything he was doing. I figured the price after repair would be triple what he charged me based on the time he took. It was amazing. In less than 12 hours from the time I called I had cool air again. Top shelf honest guy who has extensive coolant experience. Highly recommend. Don’t bother calling anyone else!
Tony DeCaprio has installed one furnace and two air conditioning units for us. Tony is by far the most reliable contractor I have ever dealt with. He returns phone calls promptly, takes pride in his work, and is totally trustworthy. My husband and I consider ourselves very fortunate to have Tony as our heating and air conditioning contractor. In the company's description, it says Tony values honesty and integrity. Those words are totally accurate. Hard-working and professional describe him as well. Our a/c was not working when July rolled around and Tony was inundated with calls. He understood the tough spot I was in without a/c and came out on a day of the week no one else would even consider. Tony also responded right away to questions via email. People should be quicker to hire local, small businesses like Indoor Comfort run by good, decent people like Tony DeCaprio.
