These guys are great because they communicated at a high level from the 1st phone call. We knew each step and they were kind, clean, organized, and thoughtful throughout the process. We got an entire new heating and AC system. Lou, AJ, and Dom were outstanding. We will use them again.
Our air conditioner had died on us, I called Indoor Comfort Heating and Air, got a very quick call back, they scheduled a tech to come within 2 days to do an assessment, 2 days later there to install a new AC unit as well as Furnace. Very professional, quick, and felt we to a good value for our money. The owner called us multiple times to check on the progress, and address any concerns that we may have had. Definitely would work with them again. Highly Recommend.
We knew our package system was due to go out. Indoor Comfort came to our home in response to a PNM tuneup requested last winter. They were on time, confirmed the need for a new unit. The whole process to include the scheduling of the crane to take the old unit off the roof and place the new one on the roof, the haul off of the old unit, installation of the new unit to include bringing home up to code went so smooth and the scheduling of the job was fast. Lou was easy to work with and gave us the best deal possible. Time will only tell how the new unit will perform, but right now we are very comfortable with the unit itself and very pleased with the team effort put out by Indoor Comfort.
The owner Lou was very responsive and helpful to me picking the right solution for my conversion to refrigerated air. He worked with me to find a fit that was within my budget and meet my needs. He was very professional and also quickly responded to all my questions. I shopped around a lot before selecting Indoor Comfort and I know I made the best decision and would 100% recommend them!
I needed water heater, ac and heater replaced because of age. Called Indoor Comfort and they sent out someone the next day to give me an estimate, it was very affordable. Robbie the technician performed all the work the next week. He is easy to work with and very knowledgeable Very happy with my new units. ☺️ Highly recommend this company! They will save you money. Very pleased with the installation of a new heater. Robby did the installation and did a professional job. Robby's boss (Lou)provided professional assistance in the ordering process. Turn around time from my call for help to completion was second to none(very responsive). Thank you...Robby and Lou.
One of our two furnaces was not working properly, e.g., it would cycle on but the burner would not ignite. We called Lou, described the problem, and had a technician at our home within a couple of hours. Robbie, the tech, quickly diagnosed the problem, acquired the appropriate part, and had the furnace functioning properly the same afternoon. We greatly appreciated the excellent communications with both Lou and Robbie regarding the potential problem, the needed fix, and the estimated cost. The response time was outstanding!
So pleased with the service provided by Indoor Comfort: prompt, friendly & professional. Our 15-yr-old HVAC system failed over the weekend, we called on Monday, inspection done that same day, and installation of new system completed on Wednesday. Very impressed with the responsiveness of owner Lou, and technician Robbie: they explained all our options, answered all our questions, and responded to every phone call! 5 stars for sure.
Our heating unit went out right as a cold spell hit Albuquerque. The Indoor Comfort technician came to evaluate very quickly. A costly repair could be performed, but we elected to get a new unit instead (since our unit was over 13 years old). They were installing a unit for our neighbor the following week, so they were able to squeezed us in and install our unit right after. Win/Win for everyone. Ours was a tricky install ... in a crawl-space attic on its side ... and it was the week of Thanksgiving, so their ability to be flexible and get our problem resolved quickly made us very happy.
Our heater went out and we have a new baby at home. I called a couple other places first and was in hold for so long I gave up. I called indoor comfort heating and Lou got someone out to look at our heater the very next day. He diagnosed the problem and discussed my options. We ended up finding the part we need ourselves, but will definitely use them when we need to replace our unit or to switch from a swamp cool to refrigerated air!
The guys at indoor Comfort saved us this week! Our old A/C unit died during the hottest week of the year. We called on Tuesday and Robbie was out on Wednesday to diagnose the unit. Robbie and AJ were out on Friday to install the new unit. Lou was super friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. I am amazed at how quick and painless the process was. Lou, Robbie and AJ are all great to work with, and we are extremely appreciative that they took such great care of us!

Indoor Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning was great! Our unit went out on Sunday, called them Monday they came out Tuesday and a new unit was installed on Thursday (the installation would have happened on Wednesday, but the crane which was needed to lift our unit onto our roof blew a tire on the way to our house!). As for the service, Robbie, the tech that inspected our old unit and installed the new one was very professional. He explained everything and gave us our options. I would highly recommend these guys. So easy to work with and made everything so easy. So if you need HVAC work done call these guys first!
My wife and I were on the road talking about how hot it was at home and investing in a refrigerated air condition. We saw an Indoor Comfort truck on the road and called the number. We got a quote and a great discount! Service was awesome, the unit was installed in a matter of hours! Kudos to the 2 gents who came out, they did and great job!. I highly recommend their services!.

Our AC (refrigerated) went out and we were having trouble finding a repair place. Went to Angi and this place was recommended. They called us within the hour and we got our new system in a day. Very professional company and the installers Robbie and AJ were very helpful and explained what we needed. Owner called us often to explain everything. Highly recommend this company.
Indoor Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning just had the system installed on 3-31-22. Did a good job got it all installed in one day. Very knowledgeable and was able to accommodate my needs
it had been a few years since I had the furnace "tuned up". that is, cleaned and serviced for winter use and checked for carbon monoxide emissions. figured I better do that sooner rather than later. the person they sent out was on time, personable, did the work, reviewed it with me, and offered some advice on the use of filters. I would use these guys again.
Cannot recommend highly enough! Old hot water heater failed and Lou and Robbie set me up with a tankless hot water heater and water softening system. Had it installed the next day for a good price. They also returned to address a couple of minor concerns I had and regularly checked in to see if things were going well. Will definitely use again!
Very good service from both Lou and Robbie. Next day diagnosis appointment and same day part replacement on our limit switch. Was very happy about it all, especially availability. Then when Lou called back to make sure I was happy, I'm glad to see that from companies again!
