Roy responded quickly to our request for service, arrived promptly and provided a professional evaluation of our older heating and cooling system. He clearly communicated his findings and our options, including what could be considered now or down the road. There was no pressure or upselling. The work we opted for was provided in a professional yet friendly manner, and the work area was left clean.
Roy at ICE has not only been a wealth of information but has saved us thousands of dollars. We’d had another company look at the AC system and they diagnosed it with a cracked condenser pan and gave us an estimate of over 16k. We felt it best to get a second opinion and reached out to a trusted plumbing vendor who recommend we talk to Roy at ICE. Roy was able to show us that rather than a cracked pan we had a significant clog in the drain from the pan but that the pan and system were in working order. He cleared the drain and tested the system and literally saved us thousands of dollars. We will continue to work with Roy and his team with this property and the others we manage. This business has integrity. They do quality work. The team is honest. Doing business with them is easy. Very friendly, responsive, and reasonable. Can't recommend them enough. Jeff and Noah are great! Don't waste your time with the competitors. They trouble shoot and make things work instead of suggesting unnecessary expensive equipment upgrades.

My AC would not start. Karl diagnosed a compressor/fan dual run cap issue, he fixed it in 15 minutes. I appreciate the company‘s thoroughness and honesty. They have a regular ongoing customer. Great job! 👍
Called these guys and they came out and fixed my Furnace the very next day. Sorry for the late review just getting used to leaving reviews. Highly suggest these guys for any Ac or Furnace problems. Great value and honest. Thank you for your service.
I was referred to Indoor Climate Experts and Roy came out immediately to assess the house and what would be best for my needs. He was extremely upfront and thorough with the information. My house is older and had an ancient floor heating system. It was BIG job and the entire team was fantastic! Always on time and worked all day for several days. explaining everything along the way. I definitely would recommend ICE, you will not be disappointed!
roy resurrected my HVAC system. so greatfull. so there i was in one of the hottest months of the year and my HVAC system decides to die. its 25yo so I figured it was time to replace it. I could have called a tech out but figured that I shouldn't spend a bunch of money on something that should have died years ago. I wrote tons of companies looking for a quote. it took more than a week and only two companies provided one (and I had to hound them). they came in at 12700 fand 12500 or a 4 ton 16 seer goodman (average joes like us have no idea what a replacement costs, so Im posting for a reference point). a person on Facebook said i should call roy. so I did. he said he was doing an install but could swing by in the evening if available. he came by and asked what I thought was wrong and asked if he could look at it. i told him my problem and that i wanted to replace it.he asked me when the last time I had it serviced and probably just like you, I said many years. he said he could likely fix it right now and that I don't need to waste my money on a new system when mine appears to be in pretty good shape. he said he knew what the problem likely was and he could fix it on the spot if I would like. 30 minutes later it was good as new. I still asked for a quote and he was able to give me one in 5 minutes and beat my other quotes by 2k. he explained everything thoroughly. great guy and my new hero for fixing my ac. i was so impressed with the service call that when the time is right I will call roy back to replace my system. an honest great person who will not upsell or insist on doing service that isn't needed.

We got a new AC/heat system just before this last heat wave. I got three bids to have the work performed. I.C.E was the highest, but not by much. I decided to go with I.C.E based on the up front “cafeteria” style mechanical options they provided. That way, I could personally do research on these items and pick the mechanical that I felt was the best value. None of the other two companies offered these. Being that I have been a contractor for 15 years, I know the importance of the equipment and warranty. As for installation, the only complaint was that they spent two days to install a job that probably should have took three days to complete. This company showed up on time and worked well into the evening. Point is, they said it would take two days and they were finished in two days. A rarity in the service industry! As for workmanship, A+. The caulked all services and returns. Clean up after themselves and did not do any damage hauling heavy equipment up and down stairs. Lastly, the product. Clean install, works better than expected. I will finish with this, sometimes things cost a little bit more in life. Sure it would have been cheaper going with a different company. I been in this industry long enough to know, you get what you pay for. Thanks for your professionalism!
Roy was our technician and was quick and very professional (including wearing a mask and booties inside our home). During this heat wave, it’s difficult to find an available company, but Roy made sure to make time for us so that our AC was working properly again. Thank you so much! Roy at Indoor Climate Experts installed my system. Roy was extremely thorough when he explained how the system would be installed. I had five other bids on the job and Indoor Climate Experts were by far the most thorough when they explained the AC needs for my home. They provided an excellent product at a fair price. Last week was the hottest week of the year so far and I actually had to turn the AC temp up a bit because my home got so cool. I am very happy with Indoor Climate Experts and would highly recommend them.
