The guy who did the work was great and professional
On 6/19 at 6PM our air conditioner decided to quit working with temp rising to 82 right away. Jonathan arrived within the hour, diagnosed the problem right away, and we soon had cool air again! My husband is a disabled Veteran and we were so pleased with the prompt and professional service that they provided us. We would highly recommend.
Muy recomendado hoy en día es bien difícil encontrar compañías con calidad humana, que se preocupen por el bienestar de la comunidad y lo que está compañía hizo por mis hijos fue algo muy importante estoy sumamente agradecida. Llamé a varios lugares no solo el precio era demaciado elevado, sino es que no respondían. 5 estrellas es muy poco para calificarlos porque no solo su gran labor también su calidad humana estamos sumamente agradecidos y muy contentos con su trabajo. Aquí les dejo el antes y el después. Nuevamente muchas gracias y que mi Dios los continúe bendiciendo.
Una experiencia de 5 estrellas rapidez increíble y sin duda un trabajo de calidad puedo decir q de los lugares al cual llame y me oriente eran costosos solo por un estimado lo cual esta compañía no me genero ningún costo por el mismo... Estoy muy contento con el resultado pq no solo cambiaron la unidad si no también cambiaron el termostato y antes de todo verificaron las temperaturas de la casa para culminar, No van ni 5hrs de el trabajo y ya la casa enfrió recomiendo esta compañía al 100%

RELIABLE…PROMPT and HONEST service !!! I reset my thermostat for the 1st time after after purchasing my home. After that, all it did was blow hot air no matter what I did. For 2 days we could not figure out what was wrong..So I search for an HVAC repair company with 5 stars and honest reviews. I found this company and got lucky! Jonathan came same day I called & got my HVAC running cool within 5mins. He only charge me the MINIMUM FEE… and didn’t try to con me into buying unnecessary services like other HVAC companies tried with me last year (my HVAC is only 2yrs old). He also made sure that I had enough freon and checked that my HVAC system is working perfectly.
A/C was acting up turning on and off on its own I called Indoor Climate Experts last night the tech came out and fixed it!

After receiving what I thought was a high estimate from another company who told me I needed to replace my HVAC, I spoke with Jonathan at I.C.E.. He came out, checked my existing unit, and gave me a quote to replace it that was about $3000 less than the previous quote and for a better unit. He then told me that he did not think I needed to replace it at this time. It can probably last another year or two. The unit I have is an 8 year old carrier. Jonathan is well worth talking to and he did not charge me for the estimate.

We came home after work and our AC unit was done. We called Indoor Climate after reviewing AC Companies in our Area. Mr. Garcia was at our home in less than 1 hour and fixed our AC problem in less than 45 minutes. He was respectful to our home, right one in his diagnostic and wait enough time to make sure the AC system was back on and running. No wonder Indoor Climate ranks #1 in Orlando Area.
