Brian and his team at Indoor Atmosphere recently replaced an old a/c unit at my office in Newark. From the time I received my quote to the moment they were done with the install, Brian's communication to me was second to none. The a/c unit was going to be delivered to my office, Brian called me to make sure I knew it was coming. During the install Brian let me know that they might have to come back the next day to complete it, they ended up finishing the same day. Brian is a class act who has also helped me recently with some issues that were non a/c related. If you're looking for a company to treat you fairly with good prices, look no further, the crew at Indoor Atmosphere are the ones for you. Thanks again for a job well done just in time for Summer.
Highly recommend! Brian came out last year for a HVAC check on our new home. Professional, honest and KIND man. I have been recommending him to all friends and family. This week our AC broke and Brian was really quick to come out to assess and fix the problem. Five stars for sure! Will continue to call for any HVAC issues that pop up! Thank you!!
Best experience with Indoor Atmosphere. My more than 20-year-old A/C started making noise when it’s turned on. I first had someone over and when the person looked at it, he said “I don’t want to touch this dinosaur but if you want to get a new one, I can give you a quote” and he left. I then called Indoor Atmosphere. Brian took the call and I explained the situation. He said “I will fix it”. And he did. It wasn’t an very easy fix. He had to find a replacement motor which wasn’t exactly the same (didn’t fit) and spent a lot of time to do some adjustment in the hot day to make the new motor work on my very old A/C. He was professional and resilient! He said “I will fix it” and didn’t give up. Finally he made it work wonderfully. We are very happy with Indoor Atmosphere. Brian is the guy I will use again and again and I will refer him to all my friends because of his outstanding job and reasonable charge.

I called him on two different occasions. The first time was when my AC was obviously broken. The second time I thought I was hearing a strange sound but it turned out to be nothing so I felt stupid. However, Brian still double checked everything was ok and kindly answered all my questions. Five stars for sure!
