Outstanding experience with In N Out Air. We were having trouble with our heating system, so we contacted them based on all their good reviews. Anita in the office got right back to us, Hovik came out at a time that was convenient for me, and within a very short time he solved the problem. (He spent almost as much time patiently answering my many questions about our system, and what our options are if we want to upgrade, which I appreciated very much!) Great value, excellent communication skills, thoroughly professional operation, and they were a pleasure to deal with all the way around. We strongly recommend In N Out, and will use them for all our future HVAC repairs and installations.
Quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and returned to complete the repair. Honest and thorough. I highly recommend In and Out Air.
In an era of businesses doing the absolute minimum with borderline dishonesty, Hovik and In N Out Air are a completely refreshing and welcome change. We’ve been the victims of shady business practices by other A/C companies before, so I hoped that the positive reviews I’d read about In N Out Air were correct. They were. Hovik is knowledgeable, honest, and completely transparent about the repairs he makes to your system. He answered all my questions, showed me photos of the repairs (before and after), as well as the old faulty components. He was willing to explain various aspects of the heating/air conditioning system and why/how they work in detail. Very few businesses are willing to do all that these days. I absolutely recommend Hovik and In N Out Air for all your heating/air conditioning repair or maintenance needs. You will not find a more knowledgeable, friendly, and honest person in that business. Full stop.

Hovik saves the day! My A/C went out on Friday. I replaced the fuses, then the capacitor, no luck. Another company's tech came Monday and said the compressor was dead and I needed to replace the whole system ($5K - $6K). I set up appointments with 5 companies to get bids, and Hovik came this morning. He said he didn't want to bid on a replacement system until he understood what was wrong with my existing one. After poking around for less than 5 minutes he said the problem was a burned out contact. He fixed it, cleaned and serviced the system and was all done in 30 minutes for $325. WELL DONE!
This was my 4th tones reaching out to Hovik and his crew for emergencies. Once again he impressed me by securing the situation immediately and offering me an better system at reasonable price. He followed thru when promised, should up early morning with right system and dedicated crew. Replaced with new any of the system that was marginal, broken or old. Stayed until the Austen was performing to our satisfaction. Offered to do a follow up to make sure system is performing top notch. Thank you
I didn't have any services conducted by this company, but they were professional on the phone and apologized for not being available. Customer service goes a long way!
2nd time we’ve used them throughout the years and these guys are FABULOUS!!! Really know what they’re doing and are prompt, dependable, reasonable and honest!! Old-fashioned values hard to come by these days!
Our AC went out last summer and we were sweltering. We swore we would have it looked at before this summer. We called another company that you hear on the radio all the time. They were going to do a $79 "REJUVENATION" but left saying our entire system, furnace and AC needed replacing at the tune of 15-20,000 dollars. We found Hovic and "In N Out Air" from all the positive reviews received on Yelp. Hovic explained everything to us. He was professional, honest, friendly and performed as stated. I can't say enough about him and his company. Thank you "In N Out" for your excellent service. I would highly recommend this company.
If I could give these guys 6 stars I would. Easily the most competent, friendly, and affordable of the 7+ HVAC folks I spoke to about a new system. Most folks were super sales-y... Hovik was no BS and correctly diagoned what was *really* going on. These guys are the best. You've found your HVAC guy.
Super nice and professional. They installed my new AC & Heating 3 years ago, when I bought my house. I can confirm that everything has been awesome since then!
Really great and nice people. Professional and fast. My ac had problem blowing hot wind. They came in and changed the central panel next day. When I have minor problems later, they came back and repaired without charge. So really honest people.
Excellent service and excellent work. From the moment I called them the lady was very helpful over the phone and when Hovik came it was just as great. I could just tell by the way he was explaining and addressing the issue how much experience he has. Did a small quick repair and was out in no time. Highly recommend to all my friends and family. Hovik is the man, our heater start acting few days ago and stopped working yesterday, we called In N Out Air and Anita schedule us for the same day, hovik called us 30 minutes before and he showed up on time, we had a short cycling on our heater and that caused damage on our heater igniter, why because our filter was dirty and totally blocked. He explained dirty filter will cause air flow restriction and unit will work harder and harder in order to dump that generated heat in to our house. He replaced ignore and the filter and everything back to normal condition, if you are looking for honest and reliable company in Pasadena he's the one. Thanks In N Out Air.
We had moved in to our new house recently when I was pregnant and hadn't noticed the downstairs heater wasn't working so our house was pretty much freezing! I called in n out air, told them I had a baby on the way in a few days and they came out the next day to check it out. We had another company out here that told us we had to get a new system but Hovik fixed it for us in a few minutes without having to change anything. Everything has been working perfectly since!
The AC at my business, CrepeStudio in Pasadena went out on me last week and i found them on yelp. I needed someone quick because crepe makers will heat up the entire place without the AC! Hovik came out right away and he was so great, he explained everything that he did and was super fair and affordable on the pricing. I'll be calling for future needs.
Called in n out air two days ago when my heater just stopped working on me. I was hoping someone would be able to come check it out sometime that week because I absolutely cannot stand the cold...the girl over the phone managed to fit me into the schedule right away and hovik came in later that afternoon to get it fixed! He was super sweet and genuine and really looked like he knew what he was doing. Quick change in a small part and he was done. Thanks so much! Recommend to all my friends and family!
Our AC went out over the weekend and we were *miserable*. (I used to think that when the zombocalypse comes, I'd miss showers most of all, but now I'm thinking I'll have to revise that to air conditioning.) We called In N Out Air Monday morning and were, thankfully, able to get an appointment for the same afternoon. Hovik showed up right on time, fixed our problem fast, and charged us a fair price. He was even exceptionally polite about letting me watch over his shoulder while he narrated what he was doing, so I could learn more about how AC units work! (Indeed, he was extremely professional and friendly throughout.) And boy, were we relieved when that cold air started flowing again. He emphasized on his way out that they have a one-year parts and labor guarantee. I simply could not be happier with my experience. Well done, In N Out Air!
