Pedro and Victor were awesome and responsive. They are accountable for their job and make sure that you are satisfied with the solution. Will definitely call them again for maintenance of our HVAC in the summer.
Pedro and his team were incredibly professional and great to work with. They were prompt with scheduling and great communicators. They did excellent work for a rate that was more than reasonable. I highly recommend there services and will use them again in the future
I can't say enough good things about Perdo and his company Imperium Heating and Cooling. I called on Tuesday and he was showed up on Friday to service my HVAC. He was on time, professional and offer great value for his services. I highly recommend Imperium Cooling and Heading!

I had an excellent experience with Imperium Cooling & Heating! Scheduling was extremely easy, as Gina was able to fit me in the schedule for the week. Pedro came out and performed routine maintenance on a forced hot air furnace and hot water boiler. He did an extremely thorough job, shared with me the steps in the process, answered all my questions, and gave me advice for better performance. I will definitely be calling Imperium in the future!
I've had Imperium come out to a house with a central ac system that had 2 large condensers, an air handler system with air cleaning and humidifier and 5 thermostats in the house. They were able to diagnose why only half the house was cooling within minutes, showed me what was happening and fixed it. I also sent them to a house with a mini split system, same thing. Found the issue and fixed it. I was so impressed I sent them to a business to do maintenance and will be requesting for routine maintenance. Pedro is a very professional, kind and most importantly, a knowledgeable person. Pricing is very reasonable. He will take care of you and your cooling and heating needs.

He was very detailed with the work he did, as well as being very informational through out the process of the work. From start to finish I was kept in the loop. Not only that but his prices were more reasonable all other local companies! I would definitely recommend him to any one looking for HVAC heating and cooling work to be done.
I reached out to Imperium for the first time to get my ice machine maintenanced. I was so impressed by the quality of work and customer service I knew I would be using them again in the future. Later that same week my AC broke at the bakery, and I called multiple companies that didn't respond or make me a priority. Imperium understood the emergent need for a bakery to have AC to properly function, and fit me in SAME DAY! Not only did Pedro service my AC, but he showed me pointers to save money. I can't say enough about this company. They are for sure my go to!
