Cody was awesome and very professional. We had to have our A/C unit replaced and Cody came out to give us a bid. Great pricing and quick install. We had our A/C unit and furnace replaced. 10/10 recommend Imperial Heating and Air.
I called numerous “professionals” to come and bid our basement. They were either too high priced or not knowledgeable or on a few occasions both. Cody came out and was extremely prompt, professional and polite. After looking at our basement job. He didn’t try to upsell us on anything. He provided a fair quote. Cody saved the day. Our AC went out on a very hot day in July. Cody got us a new AC and installed it quickly so we didn’t melt in the hot summer heat. He was super professional and timely.
