Great company very professional Israel answered all my questions and took time to thoroughly inspect my HVAC. He had recommendations but no high pressure. It is great to find a honest HVAC company and I will be doing business with them in the future.

First time homeowners for my fiance and I. We suffer from seasonal allergies and the previous owners had several indoor dogs. I had read an article about the benefits of getting your air ducts cleaned but never really reached out to anyone. However, a colleague of mine referred me to Impact Heating and Air LLC. I just want to say that Israel was very professional and educated my fiance and I of the benefits of getting your air ducts cleaned. It made me feel at ease knowing we were being taken care of. I highly recommend this company to anyone. Please don't hesitate to reach out to them regarding your AC needs. I promise they will not disappoint.
Getting our air ducts cleaned was the best decision ever! We bought out home and we knew they had pets but we didn’t think it was a big deal.. Israel convinced us to clean our ducts & when he got up there he took before and after pics for us - the ducts were very dirty… lots of pet hair and dust. Things we would’ve been breathing in if we didn’t get them cleaned. Thankfully our air quality is much better now! We loved working with Israel and Impact and would do it again in the future for any HVAC needs.
During the snow storm , I found this company to come to my house. The tech came out found the issue with the down stairs heater.He explained that parts house was closed and showed me how to get it started By using the long lighter, he came back that Thursday and installed the new part. I love the fact that he brought me to my attic and showed me all what he did, with technicians like the one that came out , the company sure is living up to its name “IMPACT” heating and air, cause they left a damn good impact on our family. By the way they don’t price gouge not even on a day the road was dangerous. THANK YOU IMPACT FOR SAVING THE WEEK
My Ac unit wasn’t working & I called Impact Heating & Air, they sent out a technician right away. I was greeted by Israel, He was honest and wasn’t trying to over price me. He fixed my issue & even called me a week later to ask me if everything was still working Properly. I will definitely be calling back if I have any other issues & most definitely recommend! Great customer service & at an amazing price
Israel came out to work on my AC unit, extremely professional, and friendly. He explained to me and showed me how to fix the situation if it happens again. I am very thankful that there are still people that help people for the love of what they do. Thank you very much and I will continue to use Impact.
