I'm a real estate investor for more than a decade. Therefore, I worked with many A/C repair companies before but never one that I'm so impressed like this company! Robert is genuinely a great guy and an excellent A/C technician. He did many great jobs for my company with very very reasonable prices!!! Highly recommended if you ever need A/C services. Let me just say.. this company deserves more than a 5 star rating. Our A/C wasn’t blowing cool air and we knew after replacing the thermostat over 3 months ago that this time that wasn’t the problem we would now need to contact a technician to come out. Our first call was made to Imagine that heating & air. Immediately they booked us an appt and were on time! Showed up professionally dressed & one thing that impressed the husband was Robert had shoe covers on when he entered the house to show courtesy to his flooring. We could care less, but as professionals entering the home and who work outside they showed respect already to the home which was a nice thought. Secondly, the cool air started running within minutes. Robert & Mike found that the capacitor was bad, replaced it and advised us that refrigerant was low. They began with a step by step process troubleshooting the problem. They never assumed and scared us with what it could be and the costs.. they were so honest and began troubleshooting from the smallest issue on up. When they found the problem they fixed it!! Immediately!! I could not believe they had the part in hand & didn’t turn around and say it had to be ordered. That was impressive! The cool air was blowing in no time. Robert also took the time to explain how to make our home more energy efficient AND reduce pollens, dirt etc once he learned that our kids have asthma. He explained how air flows in our home, how to maintain our filters what our ducts may need to have consistency of cool air in all our rooms.. I mean who does that? Thinking this is gonna be pretty pricey… the service call, the parts, the time, the labor & being educated on maintaining our A/C I was even more impressed by the cost! Our service fee was waived in which we then used that to apply to the refrigerant that was low and recommended to add soon so we just said go ahead and do it today & Robert did. The cost was absolutely worth it. I couldn’t believe the customer service that

We had a wonderful experience with Robert from Imagine That Heating & Air. He was very reliable, punctual, and knowledgable. We appreciated the time he took to explain our options for the repair and he was straight forward with pricing. He was very thorough in his work and made sure to clean up the area he was working in when he was done. Robert was honest and professional but also easy going and a pleasure to work with. It was also very impressive that we were able to get a same day appointment on a Saturday. We will be recommending this company to anyone we know.
