Came out and THOROUGHLY inspected my AC unit.
Rob responded to me quickly and was able to come out and assist us the same day with an AC repair. When he arrived he not only repaired the broken capacitor, he also replaced a damaged wire and showed us what we need to do in the future to keep our unit running longer and safer. We appreciated his time and professionalism.
This company does very good work and will ensure you understand what was wrong and what needed to be worked on. Highly recommended in my book.

I was very impressed with how professional, efficient, and polite Rob was, and how fast he got the job done. He did an outstanding job; I can't say enough about him. He went the extra mile to get our A/C unit going. He made sure we were taken care of within a short time of meeting him.
Rob, the owner of the company came out into the job himself. We were so impressed with everything and how he explained things to us. We had talked to other companies in the past, and they wanted to do way more than what was needed. Rob set the record straight and did the things that were necessary. I was particularly thrilled to death regarding the thermostat replacement. I wanted a wireless Wi-Fi thermostat. I tried myself and failed twice. Another company came out and said it could not be done. No problem said Rob and we were up and running in 10 minutes. We will definitely be using him again without reservation.

We had a situation that seems no one we called could fix. Until I was referred to Rob, not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and great at what he does. He was at my home within an hour, and fixed everything we needed. He was open and honest about what we needed as well as what we didn’t need done. Very honest and affordable and will recommend to all my friends, family, and neighbors.

If you're needing ANYTHING HVAC related look no further. I found recommendations for Rob via local Facebook community groups. My AC was not performing great taking 4 to 5 hours to move down a couple degrees. I called IJN and Rob picked up and had time for me today (6:30pm). He was able to diagnose the issue within 10 to 15 minutes. He walked me through the repair process and explained everything to me clearly. The repair was done in about an hour. He was also upfront about any and all costs for each part and why they needed to be replaced. I completely understand why he has all 5 star reviews and so many people recommending him. Thanks Rob!
My AC unit was acting up this evening and Rob was able to come out at 9 PM and service my air-conditioning unit. He had to fill it with Freon and replace part that should not have been on the unit to begin with and was completely rusted. His pricing was more than reasonable. I paid less for him to come out at 9 PM than I would another company to come during working hours. He was very professional, and showed me the broken parts and discussed pricing before replacing them. I highly recommend this company.

I spent my entire lunch hour calling place after place to find someone who could come fix our AC. It is 90 degrees today and was getting hotter through the week. No one could come any sooner than a week out. Rob met me at my house as soon as I got off work the same day! When he pulled up and I saw the cross on his truck I knew Jesus sent him. Brother in Christ and a super good HVAC guy! Had my house cool in 30 minutes! Thanks Rob!

Rob was able to come out in the evening when I got off work, and he doesn't charge extra to do this! He explained everything along the way. He is very kind. I have two dogs and two cats that love to hang around everyone and get in the way. Rob even tolerated my Goofy pets ( I did make sure he was ok with pets being around before leaving them out).
First of all, Rob called me back right away, which really started things off well. Second, this is the most honest, straightforward person you will find. He showed me everything as he went along and explained things so I knew exactly what was wrong and how he fixed it. Rob obviously knows what he's doing and he's more concerned with helping people and gaining repeat customers than charging people outrageous prices. So glad he was referred to us!! Thank you Rob!!
Diagnosed the issue quickly. Gave cost saving options. I chose to replace the 30 yr old unit. I'm so happy I made that choice and had a trustworthy co. to do a quality job at a more than fair price. I highly recommend Rob at IJN Heating & Cooling LLC.
