The tech responded to their phone system right away and showed up within 30 minutes SAME DAY! Two techs diagnosed the problem, showed me what was wrong and explained the repairs needed, then repaired my system for a VERY reasonable price. It is difficult to find and HVAC company to fix problems in the summer that is fair, reasonable and available! I will definitely use these guys again!!
Came out to do a routine services on our unit. They are professional, on time and will take the time to explain any issues with your system.

Incredible customer service! Called on Friday night to have my A/C looked at and the technician was at my house in less than an hour (no after hours fees either !). I felt they were very communicative, clear about fees/costs and patiently answered all of my questions. Also, a family run business that takes pride in their work!!
I highly recommend Ideal in Air for any heating & air work. Jason and Brian were on time and professional. I had them fix a sloppy installation of a mini-split system and make sure it was operating properly.
Granny had to have her heater furnace replaced. Very cost conscience of customer!
I recently had Ideal in Air replace my system. They did an excellent job at a fair price. Very knowledgeable and professional and explained what they were going to do. They showed up on time even providing me with tracking information on their whereabouts and texts regarding arrival time. I highly recommend Brian and Jason and their company.

IDEAL IN AIR. I cannot recommend Ideal In Air enough. Our air went out and it was 108 degrees. I called them at 4:09 on a Monday and they had a technician there by 4:30. He had us up and running by 6. Excellent service and more affordable than I was expecting!

Right on time! I pulled in after a long road trip on a sweltering summer afternoon to find my house hot and stagnant. The fan was billowing warm air but the outside unit wasn’t running at all. At that same moment my neighbors were having their system serviced by Ideal In Air. Apparently they had used Ideal at a past residence and called them out to the new house as well. I walked across the street and spoke with the technician who was happy to work me in between appointments. Jason was very knowledgeable and super friendly. He even had a replacement for the malfunctioned part on his truck and had me all zipped up in about an hour. With affordable prices and great service Ideal In Air has earned my business moving forward. Can’t recommend them enough!
Called about A/C and a service man was at my house with in two hours. Very nice and courteous. I will use this service again.
Brian and Jason were great. Replaced coil on AC unit. Great communication. Lots of updates (had to wait in a part). They even helped me move a table.
Best service ever! I messaged on Facebook at 9:30pm because my AC stopped working and I got an immediate response. Jason was here in less than an hour from the time I first messaged! Guess I live close but still! He was friendly and got my AC fixed quickly. I definitely will recommend this company to everyone I know!

These guys are the best! They are professional, courteous and prompt. PLUS...they do what YOU need and don't try to sell you more than you do. These are REAL HVAC SERVICE TECHS....NOT salesmen disguised as service techs! They get the job done and done right and ASAP!
