Mike came out and was very professional. We have an older system and another company had told us it was not worth repairing. Mike walked me through what needed to be repaired with no up-selling. Everything is running fine now!
My AC unit was throwing the breaker, even after having a new breaker installed. Smoke was coming from the unit. We called this company, and I spoke with Nicole who really made me feel like my call was important. They sent out Mike. Mike found the wiring problem and replaced it same day. We were very impressed with his professionalism and signed up for their maintenance contract.
Same day AC service in Florida is unheard-of. I was completely impressed with the response time from Ideal. And then when Nick got the problem fixed in about 10 minutes and we were back up and running, I was blown away. Great service, reasonable prices. I will definitely be calling Ideal again for my future AC and appliance needs.
AC was fixed the same day. Nick was very friendly and polite. He explained the problem and showed me the broken part. Great Job!!
The entire Ideal Conditions team did a wonderful job on a recent AC move. In preparation for a pool installed we needed the AC condenser moved. From the estimating process to the actual work everyone went out of their way to ensure we were totally satisfied with the work. Cameron, Jason, Nick and Tom were all outstanding. We would highly recommend Ideal Conditions for any heating and air conditioning needs.
Mike (truck #308) did a very thorough job and explained everything that was being done. He made suggestions to help extend the life of our air units that will benefit us in the long run. Mike worked very efficiently and is someone I would highly recommend!
I had a good experience with Mike, truck 308, who replaced our dampers. And also with Robert and Cameron who recently installed our entire AC unit. They were quick, efficient, and did the job well. I’d recommend this AC company!
We have used ideal conditions twice in the last few years. The first time was a couple of years ago when the blower unit sounded like it was going to eat itself. The unit would chug and actually sucked all the insulation on the inside of the unit into the fan. I called several other contractors and most had no idea what was causing it. The couple that did understand the issue (lack of return air capacity) wanted to cut holes in my walls to fix it. Only Tom Massey of Ideal Conditions properly identified the choke point as being the flexible duct coming through the ceiling in the garage. He had his team rebuild the plenum and immediately the air flowed through the house like never before! Just recently we decided to further improve the system based on earlier recommendations. Because of the amazing job Ideal Conditions did, we called again. Because the AC unit is a far from the Master Bedroom as is possible, the Master has never received enough air to actually cool us. Ideal Conditions installed a 3-zone system in our house and finally our house is consistently cool - especially the dreaded Master Bedroom! I call Tom Massey, the owner, the "duct whisperer". Would highly recommend them!

Ideal Conditions replaced my system a little over a year ago. The installation actually corrected problems we had with the old system since the beginning. My electric bills have consistently been lower by one-third or more and the air quality is much improved. We just had our annual checkup, performed by Jim. He is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He answered my questions, making sure I really understood things. Give them a chance to earn your business.
Whenever I have HVAC problems, Ideal Conditions is the only company I call. Ethan was our service tech today and did a great job fixing our issue, cleaning up after the job was done, and doing it in an expedient manner. I highly recommend these guys to fix all your HVAC needs.

Met them at the Home and Patio show, Jacksonville, Florida. We spoke to 3 companies, and all three came to visit us. One company never gave us a quote, and 1 company was extremely high, and wanted to redo all of our duct work. Ideal not only gave us a new A/C unit, but added additional duct work with zoning for our enclosed porch. Very friendly service and installation crew. Very hard workers. Came at 9 am and left at midnight. Explained everything to us. Polite workers. I would highly recommend Ideal Conditions.
Ideal Conditions did a superb job on our AC! I called at 5 pm and was able to get someone to come out to our house the next morning. Tom (I believe a regional manager) came to our house on time. He was courteous and professional. He explained everything he needed to fix and why. He gave us options. I believe he was fair and honest. He went above and beyond a normal service tech. We were extremely happy with the result and ended up getting a service contract with them. We plan to use them for all of our AC needs!
From day 1 the entire staff has been helpful, reliable, and very responsive. Tom came out for our initial appointment. Before he came out, I called my brother-in-law who is an HVAC tech in another state for advice on what to ask and look for. When we asked questions, Tom matched everything my brother-in-law said. That instilled quite a bit of confidence. Shortly after installation we had a small issue with the progamming the thermostat. Someone came out that same day and fixed the problem. We had a couple of companies come out with bids. Ideal Conditions wanted to make sure we were buying comfort. The other companies were simply trying to sell a unit. We paid more for the unit through Ideal Conditions, but with the incredible service we are receiving, we are getting what we paid for. I am so happy with our decision, I will recommend this company to all of my family and friends!!!
I have been using Ideal Conditions since 2010. They replaced my unit in 2012 and I have had issues with the new unit about once a year, through no fault of their own. Each time, they have treated me fairly and replaced the parts and checked for other issues to resolve problems. I highly recommend them. I will not go to any other company.
First and foremost I want to say that I highly recommend Ideal Conditions for any and all matters concerning heating and air conditioning! Their team provides customer service that went above and beyond all of my expectations, even to the point of having the owner of the company personally address my all of my concerns. I had been having a problem with my A/C unit and they not only located the problem with professional troubleshooting techniques, but they also gave me insight on how to go about permanently fixing my problem while quoting a price that was well below their competitors. The honesty and integrity of their workers and their quality of work make Ideal Conditions an easy choice when picking a heating and air conditioning company!
