I would HIGHLY recommend Icy Frost HVAC. Saif is absolutely amazing! After 3 days in this hot summer heat, i live way out in Wickenburg mind you so trying to find someone is already a challenge. I found Saif. He’s a God send. He came out here on 4th of July and all. Got my house cooled back down. Honest, Professional, knowledgeable and will exceed your expectations!!! Give them a try you will be so glad you did!
We had a problem with some of our commercial units and a friend recommended Saif. It is the best HVAC company we’ve worked with so far. He doesn’t over charge. We are very pleased. He has been servicing our units for the past 3 years now. Thank you Icy Frost for your top notch service all the time.
We have used Icy Frost on several of our projects and personal homes. From installing new A/C Units, new ducting, maintenance, etc. Saif has always taken care of us, honest, reliable, and takes pride in his work.
Safe was the most professional and reliable contractor I have ever used. THEY were on time and finished the project rapidly with no problems and cleaned up everything just like it looked before. There bid was by far the best and I would recommend them to all my friends and family. I am very pleased.

Professional and arrived on time, very efficient, advised me about a problem and fixed the issue, completing all the required documentation. Amazing job! Even came out at the drop of a dime to fix a blown fuse! Outstanding customer service. Definitely recommend!

I had an incredible experience with Icy Frost. From start to finish Saif was extremely courteous, professional, and prompt. I have been through many A/C companies in the past that cut corners, take forever to respond/show up, and lack professionalism. This is the first time that I have felt complete confidence from an A/C tune up/fix. As the summer is coming up in Phoenix I wanted to get a tune up on my air conditioner. Saif answered the phone immediately and was able to schedule an appointment the following day. He explained what he would be doing and said I was welcome to watch and he would explain everything he was doing. Many A/C techs, when I have asked appear to be short and annoyed with me wanting to observe. Saif was the FIRST person to ever wash my AC which resulted in years of dirt coming off that had been negatively impacting my AC function. Every gauge he checked he actually showed me how to calculate what numbers should be based upon the numbers on the runner capacitors. One of the runner capacitors was low and he was extremely fair with his pricing. He had also noted that the fan wiring was off and it wasn’t blowing in the correct direction(another reason my AC Bill had been incredibly high in the summer based upon square footage of my property). Saif was extremely professional and I would hands down recommend his company above all others in the valley. I am so grateful to have had an honest, knowledgeable professional out to help with my A/C!

I highly recommend using this company for all your AC needs. Saif was amazing!! He went above and beyond and really rolled with the punches as our AC unit threw him one problem after another. He even came on a weekend to help get us set up quicker. Super responsive to questions, honest, and just a great company to work with!
We used Safe several times in the past. He is very responsive and always gets the job done (even on very short notice). Safe is our go to guy for everything AC/heating system related. We certainly recommend him/Icy Frost HVAC to anyone who is in need of AC/heating system repair or replacement.
Safe, was prompt,courteous, honest and thorough. He found a wiring problem that 2 previous technicians with other companies did not find and save us the cost of a new air conditioner. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an HVAC technician.
I wanted to share how amazing Icy Frost is! I knew something was wrong with my air conditioning even after I was told everything was fine by others. I called Safe and he was terrific! Came out understood my concerns and figured out the problem. After having AC issues for more than 2 years and even having an insulation company come out, this is the first time our AC unit is working efficiently. This is the first time I’m wearing a sweater at the same temp we keep our AC at. I highly recommend Safe and his company. Professional, honest, and he knows what he’s doing! I also have saved $70 on my monthly summer bill!
Saif is very responsive, prompt, honest and affordable. I highly recommend giving him a call for your HVAC needs. UPDATE: Called Saif again for a heater repair. He responded quickly, was professional, courteous and got my business up and running in record time! I truly cannot recommend a better HVAC company than Icy Frost🙏
