My home warranty sent my case to Icon to fix my AC. It has been three days since the service request was submitted. I have not received any communication for Icon. I have tried calling several times, and I left a message with no call back.
Called 3 times and they never answered the phone or returned my calls.
José was very professional, explained all services, and went above and beyond what he was contacted for! He found a problem with my hvac that could have become a huge problem down the road. He respected my home and wore shoe covers while inside. 10/10 would use again, even if it wasn't covered under old republic. Thank you for all of your help!!
Great job! They showed up on time, and got my AC issue resolved quickly. I would definitely use them again.
I fear this excellent co. is no longer in business. No answers to my and my associates' phone and text and email messages over last few weeks and months. Say it isn't so.
Got my heating issue with HVAC resolved in few min and it was done with care. I recommend it for HVAC repairs.

We have been using Jose for a couple of yrs and he does an amazing job servicing our HVAC units. He pre-checks our units before each season to make sure it is working properly. Highly recommend.
Not only worked with home warranty to get parts ordered and replaced, he took the time to clean the unit and remove debris and spiders. Great service.

My home warranty company sent Jose out to inspect/repair our very old HVAC units. I wasn't thrilled that I couldn't choose my own service provider, but it ended up being a blessing in disguise, because I never would've found these gems of human beings! Jose was so communicative, always on time, and did an excellent job of working with our home warranty company to get our units up and running again. He even stayed in touch during the long wait for parts ordered by the warranty company. Everyone who came with Jose was professional, respectful of our space (wearing those little booties and whatnot), and just great people in general. I would not hesitate to call Jose again, even for things unrelated to my home warranty.
Jose was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He set up the NEST thermostat as well. He does not try to sell us services or items we don’t need.
Absolutely HORRIBLE service!! I have paid TWICE to get my A/C fixed and it’s still not fixed! We haven’t had air almost all summer!! Also, I can’t get in touch with the number I was given!! I have called and texted this man’s number MULTIPLE times begging for an update on my air but i can’t get any response at all!! It’s been MONTHS since I paid to get my air fixed!! It’s starting to look like he stole my money!! VERY unprofessional!! No one has tried to make this right AT ALL!! I absolutely do not recommend!!
