The folks at Icon have been fantastic to work with. They performed some plumbing work for us and everyone has been awesome. The folks on the phone are friendly and helpful and our plumber was very professional and did a great job. Great customer service!
Extremely overpriced and unreliable. Numerous visits to repair a 3 ton unit. Billed for leak check and then coolant. Coolant leaked completely within 48 hours. 3 service calls at full price. Finally coil was replaced and coolant was added a third time. Total repair exceeded 4,000, yet unit still wasn’t functioning. Unit stopped cooling within months. I contacted Icon to see if they would provide a service call without charge to access why their repair had failed. They declined. I Had another company provide service at that point. There was a leak at the seal after Icon installed a new coil. Leak was repaired by a new company and another 600 in coolant was added. Unit functions great now. Icon did give me a credit during this process for coolant loss following their leak check, but they charged service calls at a high rate to repair their own mistakes. They are the preferred service company for my condo, but I have spoken to other condo owners who have been burnt, and no longer use them.

we manage several stores nationwide and can pay the same day as long as they provide an invoice the same day and they would not take a job because they could not provide an invoice the same day but wanted payment the same day which was inconvenient one would think that with the internet and computers they would be able to offer their services to more clients I just found it inconvenient

I have never used this company so I can’t testify to their quality of service, but one of their trucks (#1418) nearly caused a wreck on the freeway this morning. He came over into my lane right in front of me without a blinker so I tapped my horn in case I was in his blind spot, but nope, he kept coming over and I had to brake pretty hard on the wet roads. There wasn’t anyone in front of him, no reason for him to change lanes, and he went back over to the left lane after about a mile. He wasn’t driving safe at all. Not impressed.
They got the a/c working like iv never seen it work before, its feels amazing in here now and it didnt take long at all!!! We have had several other people try to fix it but failed..first time icon came and bam!!! It works!! 10 stars!!!!!!!
Excellent company and staff. Would recommend them to anyone.
