Professional and Trustworthy I reached out to Michael around noon while they are already fully booked the next day. Given the critical issue, they managed to come over at 9pm and worked till midnight to get problem solved at a very reasonable price. Neither did I ask nor expect them to work overtime and I am extremely grateful for their timely service. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of help.
My AC went out and I started calling big companies around 3pm and they all told me until noon the next day. Waiting with a baby and young daughter wasn’t an option in this heat. I texted Jairo and he quickly responded that he was coming ASAP same day. I was so thankful. They arrived promptly and fixed the part. They came inside, placed thermometers on the return/vent and made sure it was cooling before leaving. These are the small local businesses I like supporting. They wear masks too and take precautions.
I have never had this excellence with a service person. Jairo came in, checked everything from the inside unit to outside unit. Making sure everything was clean. Also, put gauges on to check both units. Thanks Iceteq for making it rub like new again. Your the BEST!

Gerrardo is a great down to earth guy. Called him after 6pm. Showed up at my Mom's house in Buda by 8 and had her system back up and running the same night. Would not hesitate to use Iceteq again
