Our unit wasn't working properly, We had a technician come out and fix the issue in record time with the heat we've been experiencing the past couple of days. It was such a blessing to see someone come out so quickly and work so efficiently to get our unit up and working again. We are so happy that we chose Iceland!!!
Installed refrigeration unit in a rental , actually in 2 rentals. Very professional . Cleaned up after themselves, explained about unit in detail for us to be able to understand. Would recommend them 100%.
I have had AC issues every summer since I’ve lived in El Paso and so I’m not new to the AC industry in town. These guys are by far the best! Richard came by and fixed our AC unit right up so we were no longer sweating! My kid absolutely loved watching him and he didn’t mind at all. It was all around a great experience 💜💜 will absolutely be using for the rest of my time in El Paso

Highly recommend this company. I called Eddie to do a conversion on my home and forget about the price *which was more than fair* but the quality of the work that was done is what stood out to me the most. Said and done in one day. Eddie and his crew are true professionals.

My system went out on Friday because of father's day weekend no one was working and my system was pushing the water back into my house causing it to leak through the walls of 2 room's and the hallway Monday I called and talked to Eddie he was very professional and understanding told me he would try to get someone out to me today but just in case gave me an appointment for the next day well as I'm ringing out towels and moping floors I get a phone call the repair guy is outside my fence and is her to fix my unit these gentlemen went far beyond the call of duty to help a old lady who by the way was getting her grandchildren that night 6 little ones and because these gentlemen took the time to come all the way out in socorro to fix the unit this grandma now doesn't have to keep cleaning up water and enjoy her grand babies you guys our my hero's

We called several A/C companies and Iceland Refrigeration was the one that had the best price and was extremely responsive. They worked with our budget considering we needed 2 units and the owner always picked up his phone or would respond to you same day or within 24 hours if he could not pick up. Their team was punctual, clean and professional during the installation process. Even after we had an issue with one of the units, Iceland took care of it right away. I trusted their work but more importantly, their word. They follow through on what they promise. Great company. So glad we went with them. Choose them and you won’t regret it.
They did an awesome job with my refrigerated air installation. I was able to get a great deal on my unit and my payment plan! Very satisfied! Thanks guys!
Eddie and his crew go the extra mile for their customers. I had a new heating and air unit installed as well as all new duct work. After 4 years the unit itself started leaking and freezing up. The manufacturer decided they wouldn't warrant the parts or anything else. In addition, they didn't have replacement parts. Eddie and his people were out several times replacing freon so I didn't roast while working diligently to find parts and make repairs. Eventually they got it taken care of for the price of the parts. Even though they lost money on this deal, they took exceptional care of their customer. Highly recommended!
Eddie and his team at Iceland stepped it up again. I've used them now on 3 different installations and they always do great professional work. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Used Iceland Refrigeration (“IR”) in 2017 to convert from a swamp cooler to central AC. They offered a no interest payment plan option which enabled me to pay off in about a year. Moreover, the AC unit is covered by a 5 year warranty. Recently, for whatever reason, the motor started to make noise and IR replaced it very promptly for free (warranty). Eddie is responsive - even though they are clearly busy and doing well in these times - and professional. Highly recommend. And that’s saying a lot for El Paso small businesses.
Very professional, honest and knowledgeable!! Richard and Eddie extremely professional and ALWAYS kept me updated... We needed a new motor for our refrigeration which would arrive 5 days later, and we ALL know El Paso HEAT!! They refused to leave me without air, so they came out again to fix it temporarily until my new motor arrived!! Super compassionate and take pride in their business!!
We got three estimates when deciding what company to use for our refrigerated air conversion. When Eddie came out to give us our estimate, we were very impressed with his professionalism. He took time to explain things to us and didn't try to use salesman tactics to persuade us to use them instead of the other companies. He gave us a fair price and scheduled the work for the next week. When Richard and his crew arrived, they got straight to work. The work was professional and clean. When they left, you couldn't even tell that they had been there, except for the amazingly cool air coming from the vents! I would highly recommend Iceland for you HVAC needs.
While going through a bad experience with a roofer and trying to get my HVAC installed, Eddie was very helpful and gave me some advice as far as my situation with the roofer and never pressured me to sign with ICELAND. Three months later after I resolved my situation with the roofer I called Eddie and we picked up where we left off it was clear Eddie kept me in mind as if I was a long time client. Once the project began, Richard and Marcos walked me through every detail of the job and were very informative and professional. I was convinced and impressed by the way they conducted themselves throughout the job from day one. They worked as if they were installing my HVAC in their own home. Great job guys!
The folks at Iceland Refigeration were on time for appointment, diagnosed the problem and repaired our AC unit in the middle of a heat wave. They answered all my calls and texts promptly and went out of their way to rush the parts that needed replacing from Las Cruces. My family was sweating buckets but Eddie and Richard saved us from another day of suffering with same day repair. No complaints only praise!
