I have been trying to call the owner and the man who installed my HVAC. They have not responded to my messages or answered my phone calls. When the new unit was initially installed, they didnt blow out the hose and cause my unit to flood. This was within a month of having the new unit. Then I called because my unit stopped working, this was when we had that Arctic weather at the end of February, and now that its starting to get hotter, they still have not returned my phone calls to come check my unit out. Its not even a year old and I'm having so many issues.
I am very pleased with their work. In this Texas heat I expected to wait forever for someone to do the repair. Nope he was fast and the work is awesome. Thank you so much. -Very Happy Customer
Last week we used Iceberg air for the second time. I had received a quote from our AC Guys - I only called them since I had prepaid for our service for two years. One of the upstairs heat pumps was running constantly. I told them what was wrong with the other one, they quoted me numerous things wrong with a huge bill. I called Phillip with Iceberg Air and he came out the same day, within a few hours. He fixed the problem for a 1/4 of what they quoted me and told me the other item was fine. He's honest, responds right away and has a great service reputation. 7 months ago we used Iceberg Air 7 months ago to fix one of our three AC units that ran constantly, we called our regular company but they said it wasn't an AC problem. I was referred to Phillip/Iceberg air when I called a contractor we were working with since I didn't know what else to do. He responded right away and fixed our unit, he serviced all three of our units, installed overflow meters. He was great, personable, quick to respond and quick to come out and repair. His price was reasonable, he fixed it right away and I didn't feel like I was ripped off. I trust him!

My elderly mother's AC went out Sunday, I called Phillip and he was at my mother's house within the hour and was able to get her house cooling within 30 minutes. Very reasonable for Sunday call and made mom happy. I have used the company for my AC repairs in the pass, and they have always done a good job.
As you might expect our AC went out when it was 100+ degrees in the shade. I called Phillip and explained that we live in Spring Branch and needed help. He said no problem. He was on time, had the equipment we needed, diagnosed the problem and had us up and running. Did a great job and I highly recommend Iceberg Air.

When my AC went out, I didn’t know where to go, so my dad referred Philip to me. I am a single mother of 2 and very cautious of the companies I hire. Philip put in a new system and was having problems with the wiring from the last AC guy 10 years ago. He stayed until 10 at night to make sure the AC was fixed for me and the kids. He even checked on us the next day to make sure all was running smooth. Now it is so cool in our house, just in time for summer. I highly recommend iceberg air.
I had them replace my inside and outside units when the heat began to hit the San Antonio area. The units were installed in a timely manor to ensure that we did not have to sleep in a hot house. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them if I ever need more hvac work.
This guy knows his stuff, honest, and doesn’t give you the run around. He takes pride in his work, true technician - not a part replacer. I don’t do handy work from my wife’s honey list any more; I just call Phillip. It’s done right the first time and I don’t have to hear my wife complain anymore.
So being a women trying to care for a home; you are always worried that the repair guy is going to over charge you and not get stuff fixed right. But Phillip was not like that! Up front about the prices, told me what really needed to be done, took the time to explain how things worked, and how to keep thing in good working order. Not to mention he was responsive and on time. This is my go to guy for all my ac work and odd jobs around my house.
Iceberg Air was very percise in trouble shooting my unit. They gave me a very affortable price and they are my go to company for routine maintenance on my air conditioning.

Iceberg men made an extremely reasonable estimate to repair a poorly functioning cooling system that another company said would cost 3 times as much to repair. Evaluated with up to date equipment before and after their work to verify that the issue was in fact remedied. So thorough. Polite and Professional. Did detailed cleanup. Patiently showed how to set the thermostat too. Yes, I will call them for my next HVAC need. Very satisfied and Strongly recommend!
