Great service with exceptional professionalism.
Not on time. They have problems scheduling and not knowing what location to be at. Was supposed to have part when they showed up and had to go across town to get part. I have used them in the past and everything was great. Not sure what has happened to their service. Use with caution.
If you are needing AC or Heating work done, I recommend you reach out to Ice Cold AC and Heating. I called on Tuesday and they showed up Wednesday earlier than expected. Thank you Samantha for getting me on the schedule quickly and Julian and the nice young man with him for checking out my AC to keep it working like new.
I’m so Thankful for Ice Cold. I’ve used them before. I called again when the storm knocked my units out. I scheduled an appointment and Justin came right out. He represents Ice cold so well. Very professional and he communicates everything that’s going on so you feel aware of what’s being done. My pockets are lighter but I’ve got cold air. I would highly recommend this company and feel secure in doing so. Thanks ICE COLD. Didn’t get a chance to post my 1st experience. Julian had to come out to do a service because ants had gotten into my unit and messed up my contact. Same great service I expected. I just kept calling him Justin lol Jason, Justin, Julian and I met Myles today. Ice Cold has a great team. Samatha in the office is a sweetheart.

Not only were they very professional and very knowledgeable but willing to deal with my home protection plan. They were very careful with my hardwood floors. I really appreciated their hard work to get me cool in this hot weather.

There was a moldy smell coming from our vent. They fixed it with and were very reasonably priced

Horrible experience with this company. First time they came out on May 25, 2023 the young man didn’t show any empathy to my concerns and was just blowing me off as to what he thought the problem was. Never went into my attic to look at the ac/heating panel until I asked him to. More concerned about the $85 fee. To say the lease, I was not pleased with the outcome. My insurance company submitted another request for someone different to come out a second time. The receptionist Samantha displayed no empathy as well. She called me to set up the second visit and I mentioned to her that I work in Vivian, La but live in Shreveport, La (a 45 min drive) and that I took the day off on Friday June 9th to handle some other business and if she could schedule someone to come out that day? If I owned a company and if I didn’t please a customer the first time around, I would definitely make sure their concerns are met the second time around. You can’t work me in your schedule within a week and a half notice? At anytime that day? I’m just so disappointed.
Ice Cold Heating and Air has serviced and or replaced my a/c systems for about nine years. They are always courteous and communicate with me on scheduling and repairs. I would recommend them to anyone needing heating or cooling work done.
My compressor went out and they came and got me fixed up super quick. Extremely pleased with the service and will continue to use them.
