These guys were so incredibly helpful when so many others either didn't respond or wouldn't come out to help. Very informative during the repair work and made sure we understood what was happening and the cost of things before they did any of the work. I would highly recommend these guys for any restaurant fridge repair / maintenance. 10/10

Ice Bear was fantastic! We needed a walk-in freezer fixed asap and they were very responsive. They fixed our walk-in with hours and we were ready to roll shortly after. Would highly recommend!
I have known Prince for over 5 years. He always responds on time. He is honest, very detailed in his explanation and he always goes above and beyond no matter what time of day.
Our walk in cooler stopped working on Thursday Night and warm beer does not sell well. After being denied by multiple business saying they were either too busy/under staffed/not commercial, I was in a panic! Thank goodness I came across Prince! 5pm on Friday night Prince repaired our unit and we were back in business. If you’re looking for reliable, dependable, efficient, give Prince a call.
Prince is reliable, trustworthy, and thorough. We have used him for over 20 years for business and residential HAVC repair and installation. He accommodates emergencies quickly and has been able to fix a mess another company left behind. He provides knowledgeable and quality service - always following up to ensure everything is still functioning to our liking after he has completed a job. I cannot recommend him enough.
Prince always responds when help is needed. I own 2 restaurants and he has been invaluable for repairs and maintenance of ac and refrigeration. If you want quality you need to pay for it.
Prince has excellent customer service and was able to fix my walk in refrigerator for my business quickly.
Prince responded quickly and kept us informed as to when he would arrive to fix our AC. We appreciated the updates. When arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue right away. Our AC has been working good ever since.
We have been very satisfied with Prince's service. He always explains everything before fixing anything and always asks for approval before going ahead and purchasing or doing repairs. Very professional and responds in a timely manner. And always calls or texts us as follow up to make sure everything is running smoothly. All in all, would call him again for any future projects

Prince was always on time. Laid out exactly what he was going to do and waiting for approval before doing it. Personally explained and showed me what he was going to do and walked me through everything.
I was in a bind. My HVAC went out this past weekend, It was 109 outside, 99 upstairs and 93 downstairs! I called 6 different HVAC companies, including one owned by a friend, and one company I had used before! Ice Bear HVAC was the only company that answered the phone. Prince rescued us! Yes, the charges were weekend based but, no one else was answering the phone. OH and Ice Bear HVAC is a Lennox Certified Service Company! I am very satisfied with the work Prince did on Sunday, the same day I called! I left word at the 5 other companies and only one called me back, on Tuesday.
On time, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, good service . I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Thank you Prince you made the experience pleasurable . I would highly recommend you any time.
Have Prince came on the weekend. Charges $300 for 1.5 hrs of assessing. No real work, just telling me if there is something wrong. When the real work came, he just literally drop in the replacement unit. No cleaning, no caulking. That is a $600 dollars job. Serious, I could have done that, in fact I did, I help him drop it in. This is the most unprofessional Job I have ever encounter. He was on the phone half of the time.
My air conditioner stopped working so I called Prince. He was very cooperative about coming out the same day and the "service call" would be $80. After he arrived and appraised the situation it was determined that the capacitor needed replacing and the cost would be $450. I called my landlord who informed me that the cost was only $55 three years ago and even with inflation that seemed extreme. We declined the repair. I called Prince later that day to ask why it would cost $450 when it would only take him about 10 minutes to exchange the part. I understand the cost would be higher because it was Saturday, but 8 times as much is ridiculous. Prince then justified the cost because on weekdays he charges $100 per hour and weekends $200 per hour. If Prince would have even given me a clue about the outrageously inflated cost, I never would have authorized the $80 service fee.
I had an awesome experience using this company. Prince was able to come out right away to check my AC (even on a holiday weekend!). My unit was very old and needed to be replaced and he advised me on the best and most affordable way to go about updating my unit. He was knowledgeable and provided several options to choose from that would best meet my needs. When it came time to replace the unit, Ice Bear Inc was there with the right price. Prince took away the old AC and installed a new one that works great! I would definitely recommend this company for HVAC needs and will use them again in the future.
Prince is awesome! My air conditioner broke down the week before the weather started heating up. The company I had used before was no available for about 3 weeks due to the busy season. I found Ice Bear on google and he showed up at my residence as promised and did a wonderful job fixing my air conditioner.
