Rating Ice Age on behalf of my Mom. Joe is fantastic, quick to respond, excellent communicator and took great care of my Mom. A/C was fixed in less than 40 hours from my Mom’s initial contact with her Home Warranty company “Choice”. My Mom’s AC went out on a Wednesday afternoon, she contacted “Choice Home Warranty (CHW) “ and she and her pup came to stay with me, since we were unsure how long it may take. CHW in turn hired Ice Age / Joe and he contacted my Mom Thurs and the AC motor was replaced Friday allowing my Mom & pup to return to a cool home! You see many poor reviews / outcomes regarding home warranty companies and who they hire, but CHW and Ice Age worked quickly together to make sure everything was handled quickly and professionally - especially with summer coming in with a vengeance at 110+ degrees for weeks ahead! I was having issues with my a/c on a Sunday 🤨 called Ice Age and Joseph made it out in a very timely manner checked my unit let me know everything that is going wrong with it, and set up to order parts on a Monday! Very satisfied. Professional, knowledgeable, no bs! Highly recommend this company!
