Justin wasn't on time, he was actually early. Not only that but he responded in the same day!! In my experience that is a rarity in the home service business of any sort. I'd recommend Justin to any and everyone that needs A/C service. Thanks again Justin!!
My first responder peeps, you know that integrity, ethical and transparency go a long way, and with I.C.E Mechanical, they have it for sure. Justin not only told me what was wrong, but showed me using his meters and scale. He came the exact day I called. My first responder peeps, let’s give people like this our business. Justin is the type of employee every business owner should have. He was very informative, kind and respectful. I was extremely apprehensive when it came to something I had zero knowledge of. He answered all my questions, gave a very reasonable price and was done before I even knew it. My system works phenomenally now and I can say with confidence Justin did an amazing job. Called Justin on a Sunday afternoon after getting the run around from one of the bigger AC companies with no appointment made. Justin came over same afternoon and had the AC working again quickly. Will def recommend his services.
We woke up with no cool air, went outside to check the fan and it wasnt blowing just making a humming noise. Its Sunday and looking at 104° today. I called a few and this company had high reviews and was able to come out today!!!! Justin replaced the capacitor and refilled with Freon. He had a great attitude and worked rapidly. Lucky for us the customer ahead of us rescheduled allowing Justin to arrive promptly. You are gonna want to save his number and use him when needed. Thank you Justin, a life savor!!!
Came out on short notice and diagnosed our ac problem quickly had it fixed within a few minutes and was on his way. Honest and reasonably priced. Really saved us during this heat!
Justin was great to work with. He quick to respond and look at our A/C unit after hours. He returned promptly to replace the unit the next day. Price was very reasonable.
Ken and Justin are extremely knowledgeable in AC systems. They provided information and recommended the best AC options that were within our budget. I woke up to a 78 degree home and discovered the outside unit was frozen. I called I.C.E. Mechanical and they were here with 2 hours. They fixed my problem in a prompt professional manner. I highly recommend this company. Also, it's Saturday and they didn't hesitate to make a promt service call.

Great service, kept my old unit running for years. When it was time he installed new high efficiency system in our home and we couldn’t be happier. ICE Mechanical now takes of my friends and families’ HVAC needs. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended. We have used I.C.E. Mechanical many times for both our business and residential air conditioning and heating. We had all of our ducting system replaced and had them run ducting into a non-heated area. My home was kept neat and they cleaned up afterwards.They service the entire Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Highly recommend this company for all your a/c needs. Justin is the owner he showed up same day on a Saturday. Had my unit up and going within 30 minutes. Was very knowledgeable about my air conditioning system. Will recommend to friends and family.
ICE Mechanical installed the same day I called them. They arrived when they said they would and were very professional. I called other places and their prices were very reasonable!! I will continue to refer them and use them!!
