Sam was very knowledgeable about what he does, talked to me over 20mins about what he does and why it needs to be done. Came over looked over my unit, explained my problem with a quote, as soon as we agreed within an hour tech was on it. These guys is no joke, the equipment, the knowledge, the experience was priceless. Promised exactly what he said and he looked at my outside unit and serviced it one shot. Walked in my house and immediately noticed the difference showed me before and after, explained everything, gave me pointers to look out for. I would highly recommend and call him back to service my unit with no doubt
At first we were very hesitant on the estimated cost to clean our 2 split air conditioners. After talking with Sam and being educated about things I never knew or were ever told we were all in. No one ever tells you when they install or service your air conditioner about the need to clean your units. Although you would think it is common sense, no one does more than remove the screen filters and dust what you see. After proceeding with the service, we can honestly say “You definitely get what you pay for”. Thank you Hydrokleen 808 for your awesome service but more for your honesty and education. We will see you every year for maintenance. Definitely recommend to everyone! Aloha, G & Paula.
HydroKleen808 did a great job cleaning out my 2 units and performed professionally as you may have seen on their commercials. My units are working great! As summer is coming up, I'll be sitting happily at home instead of looking for places to cool off. A misunderstanding on my part has been cleared up and I will say that this is a great cleaning system!
They did a great job! I had know idea when A/C units were cleaned or serviced so after it was completed by Sam and Mika they looked brand new. I ain't gonna lie it was pricey but worth it. Mahalo for an outstanding job
Sam and Micah were super nice and helpful. Even though it was a little pricey it was well worth it. My AC was never this cold before!!

Sam and Michael arrive in Honolulu at Chateau Waikiki ahead of scheduled time. First thing Sam say "Aloha, we like to be early." THAT SET TONE FOR REST OF THEIR SERVICE VISIT! Honest, respectful and sharing information about this new technology that shows AC to remain in place but get a real cleaning, like new as I watched over 4 1/2 hrs asking questions and getting professional/honest answers how my apartment AC's worked and more importantly how cleaning can increase good health , breathe fresh air not dirty mildew air. HydroKleen AC maintenance make AC's function as new!! I am happy and fortunate that I watch KHON2 ad and follwup. San and Michael answered all my questions, offered suggestions for air flow improvements. How many AC Companies will honestly tell you short comings of AC but then wait til break down. It is NOT HydroKleen 808. They are top shelf family owned company and share information as they work to maximize AC efficiency and increase healthy life with clean, AC maintenance. I will be a repeat customer and RECOMMEND WITHOUT RESERVATION using HydroKleen 808 for your AC maintenance need!
I invested a bunch in a quality split AC system and had it serviced annually for 5yrs. After seeing Sam’s commercial, I was curious about his cleaning process. One look at the condition of my investment , when he opened up one of the units, convinced me to give Hydrokleen the job. Without describing the complete process, I’ll say the results are amazing. Whatever Sam promised , he delivered. Hydrokleen is the only company that will touch my AC .
Sam was very honest, friendly, and respectful when I called him to ask what they do to clean AC's. He came out in the next couple of days and gave me an estimate for my 6 split units. When he did the inspection, I didn't realize how dirty my units were. Lance and Micah did a great job inside and outside cleaning everything. Once complete they had me inspect their work. I've had other company's come out to clean my units before but they never did cleaning like HydroKleen 808 can. I was very impressed and it was well worth the cost, my units looked brand new! What made the whole day even better, was the great conversation with Sam, Lance, and Micah. I would definitely recommend them for your next cleaning, you'll see the difference compared to any other cleaning company right away. Mahalo guys!
Saw HydroKleen commercial on KHON2. My AC wasn't blowing cool air. Called and they came out the same day! Wow that's awesome! Very professional, honest and welcoming. Very highly recommended!!!
