Seem friendly.
My furnace was out. These guys came the same day and fixed my furnace. They explained what was wrong with it and there price was reasonable on what had to be fix. I recommend these guys. Thank you

Bill informed me with the issues with my AC unit of my house. I recently purchased my home and this was the first repair issue. I felt confident in his service and definitely will use him again .
First 80+ degree day and we found out that we didn't have any air conditioning. Called Hyde Heating (they had installed our garage heater and we were very happy with that experience). Bill located damage to multiple wires, and subsequent electrical shorts including a damaged circuit board in the furnace, all caused by mice that took up residence in our AC unit. Timely, professional service at a fair price. Bill kept me updated throughout the process, explaining what he had found and what needed to be repaired and/or replaced. I would recommend Hyde Heating for any issue you have with your furnace or AC. #5Stars

I originally gave a good review but I have to change it, he was nice and answered questions the first time but the furnace stopped working two days after he left. He came back and it was a continuance of the first issue, he charged me again. Two weeks later, furnace stopped working. He was paid twice and I had to finally call another company to fix the furnace.
Great service! We came home from vacation and found our A/C had died on us while away! Hyde Heating and Air was at our house very quickly! We have a medically fragile child who does not do well in the heat and Bill was very mindful about where he was and what he did to limit any expose to her or our family to the Coronavirus! He replaced the problem part and had us up and running within an hour and at a very reasonable price!
Very affordable and reliable service! I was very happy with the knowledge and professionalism we received in our visit. Problem was fixed and cleaned within a half hour.
I have used Hyde Heating and Air Conditioning 2x's. A couple of years back during a very bad cold spell my furnace went out...I called the original installer who said they could be out in 3 weeks but if I wanted to pay for an emergency call they could get someone out tomorrow... That's when I called Hyde. Bill came out that evening and got my furnace up and running and for a very reasonable price...The 2nd Time I used them was Last Saturday when my central air quit working. My central air is a Geo Thermal unit which is quite different from the norm. The err 40 code on a regular unit means more than likely it's a filter problem which I had already cleaned. Bill told me on my unit the err 40 code had to do with a compressor issue. He went downstairs NB and checked things out then went back upstairs and turned on the unit. Everything worked fine ...be went back downstairs to check and the compressor was working just fine. Bill said if it actx up again later that Ishoild call this number and ask for a certain person because he had a lot of experience with the Geo Thermal units. This company is a competitor of his. I thanked him for the info and then asked how much do I owe you. His reply " NOTHING, I didn't really do anything " So believe me I tell everyone I know in this area about my experience. Thank you Bill...I'll have to stop by and get some business cards so I can pass them out.
Excellent service, reasonable price and service call price was cheaper than others we called. He came out on a Sunday morning at no extra charge and had the needed parts on hand, got my son's furnace running again in less than an hour. We will definitely call him again if needed!
Called Bill this am (furnace died early thismorning) to see if he was available for a service call. Unfortunately he wasn't, but what impressed me was, even though he wasn't going to be making a sale from me today, he still helped me troubleshoot the issue and correctly diagnosed the issue over the phone. While I didn't actualize utilize his physical service today (getting it fixed was somewhat of an emergency), I will definitely schedule with him in the future.
Bill was awesome! Super friendly and explained all my options. Fixed my heating in 30 mins. Highly recommend to call for any Heating and cooling! Definitely, my go to for all my future problems if any!

He was back the next day to finish the work in a very professional and timely manner. I will be using Hyde Heating again.
Bill is Awesome!! I had a baffling problem with my furnace and Bill stuck with it until it was fixed. It is so hard to find good people who really care and fortunately for me, I just found my go to guy for all my heating and AC. He was very nice, knowledgeable and his rate is very reasonable. This is the guy you want to call. He was professional, kind, informative, and very reasonable. His diagnostic fee was less than anyone else I checked in to and he didn't add any overtime charges even though he came to my house at 6 on a Friday night (within two hours of my original call).
I dont normally write reviews but I had exceptional service today and have to share. Today, Saturday, my furnance decided to stop working. I googled furnance repair and Hyde Heating and Air Conditioning came up. I read the reviews for Hyde and others, and decided to give Hyde a call. So GLAD I did. He went above and beyond. He explained everything, gave me options, and within an hour or so I had a working and warm house! Thank you Hyde and you have a new loyal Customer.
Bill came out the same day and was very easy to work with. Knowledgeable, easy to understand and reasonable. Didn't try to 'upsell' me, gave me all the options and gave his honest recommendations. Very highly recommended!!
Bill answered my phone call on a Sunday morning, after which he immediately made the service call. He expertly diagnosed the problem with the air conditioning system and replaced a defective transformer from the parts inventory he carries on his truck. Within two hours of dialing Bill's number, I was notified that the problem was resolved. His pricing is reasonable as well. Highly recommended for responsiveness, technical competency, and honesty.
