We are extremly happy with the service we recieved. He found the issue fast and the repair was done well. He was very knowledgable and reliable. Would certainly use again and highly reccomend.
Got ahold of scott from a referral from a friend. Initially i had another company that came out and told me my A/C unit was out and needed a whole new one qouted 12k so i wanted a 2nd opinion got ahold of scott he came out of his way after working a long day and being home he came about 7pm. He did a a whole walk through on my system inside explained everything to me what was going on, he finally figured out i didnt need a whole new unit afterall qouted me $200.00 for tye repair abd got me back up and running and saved me a headach and 12k!!! I was extremely happy with his customer service and his knowledge. He just got a lifelong customer with me on any HVAC needs on my house moving foward and telling friends and family as well. If your looking for quality call scott he wont let you down and is extremely honest about his work.
Highly recommended! After being hit with back to back storms, one of our bathroom ceilings started leaking. After calling several companies for an inspection they all told me the same thing that they were fully booked for the next 2 weeks. But not these guys, they came out the next business day and resolved the issue in less than a week. Ask for Scott, him and his team will take care of you.
A couple days ago I noticed the A/C at our business stopped working so I looked over to find the thermostat screen went blank. Figured it’s not getting power somehow but I’m no expert so I called around. Got in touch with Scott and although his schedule was full, he was able to make time to stop by after hours on the same day! Upon arrival, he was able to diagnose the problem within minutes and determined a part failure. He could have charged for the part but instead he went above and beyond to help me verify the part was still under warranty. He helped us contact the manufacturer to get the part and was able to get our AC running again the next morning!! I am very pleased with his prompt service and I really appreciate the level of service provided on such short notice. Scott was very professional and a straight shooter. I highly recommend HVAC/R Medic!

This company HVAC/R Medic is the definition of great customer service. Scott came out to my house late at night, showed up about 15 minutes after i called, when our heater stopped working, he fix the problem in just a couple of minutes. He also installed some nest thermostats (2) and smoke detectors (2) the following day. Only took him about 15-20 minutes to install everything. Overall great work, professional, fast, reliable. everything i was looking for.
Great service!! Called on Friday night and they scheduled an appointment for 8:00am on saturday.Scott showed right on time and after inspecting my heater he explained the issue and completed the job on a timely manner.
