I had an emergency situation and these folks were right there! I thought my HVAC system was shot, but it was just a condenser, so in less than 30 minutes my system was working as it should..highly recommend!
The service tech and hid crew did a maintenance work on my 2 AC units. His professionalism was beyond description. He was on time, very respectful, addressed all of my concerns and questions and sure he did a great job.
Excellent work from both guys for installing our mini split heat pump! They went out of their way to explain everything, and their work ethic was phenomenal. You can tell they are very experienced and pay close attention to all details. Super job, couldn’t ask for anything better!!

I'm very pleased with the service that I received. The service technician was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained and showed everything that was wrong, and what was required to repair it. He was even able to arrive earlier than the appointment was originally scheduled, and was gone before the original early window. They will definitely get repeat business from me, and highly recommend them to anyone.
Aircon system leaking in garage. Contacted this company and had tech out the following morning ahead of schedule. He was professional, diagnosed the problem, unclogged drain, ensured it was working properly, and did an inspection of the HVAC unit and ensured everything was good to go! Customer service at its best!

The company came out to do a semi-annual maintenance check on my HVAC system. The technician did a thorough inspection and test of the system. When he finished, he explained what he had done and one minor finding to keep an eye on. Good job all around!

Had a great meeting with Him today from HVAC Services LA. He guided and taught us the process of cleaning our attic, which was done very poorly by another company. He went above and beyond by creating a temporary fix for a single duct and giving us plenty of options to choose from. He restored our faith in the insulation/attic restoration process!
We returned home from vacation late last night to find that the ancient heater was not working. In the morning they called the HVAC serviceman, whose name was on the firebox, but, of course, so there was no answer. I checked Yelp and saw amazing reviews for HVAC Services LA. I called, someone answered the first call and they sent one of the owners over within the hour!! He was smart, polite, explained clearly and got the job done quickly. Within an hour after his arrival, we were warm again! If you need help with HVAC you should definitely give these guys a call.
The guys from HVAC Services LA are very professional and knowledgeable people, they did a great job replacing our old heater. It was a pleasure to work, who designed and installed a rather sophisticated heating system in our house. I received several offers from different contractors and chose HVAC Services LA based on their price and experience. He really knows his stuff. They always showed up on time and got the job done on budget and on time. The heater works great and saves us a lot of money from the 50 year old monster they replaced. After installing the new system, I had a few questions and they were always there to answer whatever I needed. I work with them and these guys are the best. I give them my highest recommendation!

These guys rule. I have a 15 year old oven that just stopped working. I started taking it apart, looking online for help and I couldn't find a quick solution. It was getting cold, so I figured I needed some real help. I called this company and to my surprise and delight they were able to visit me the same day. They arrived at the house as promised, quickly diagnosed the problem - a faulty controller module - and replaced it with a new part they had on the truck. The whole process took about 30 minutes... but now they have a customer for life.
I highly recommend! My heat left on Sunday morning and I wasn't sure who would come out on Sunday. I called them at 9:45 and called HVAC Services Los Angeles. I told him about the problem and he said it would be between 10-12. He was here until 11am and walked in with the right part in hand! Just telling him about the problem and the model over the phone, he understood what was going on. Not only did he fix the diagnosed problem, but he saw some other parts on the 20 year old stove, so he serviced it and fixed the loose gas line. What a pro! He did it at a very reasonable price, even though it was an emergency on Sunday. You should use these guys, they are great!!!
