It has been over a year since I had my two units replaced. Everything has been running great. I also went ahead and purchased the maintenance service package. I always get a reminder that it is time to change my air filters by text. I have already recommended HVAC Services to friends for the reason that I am very satisfied with their service.
These guys have been great so far. I've had them install a mini-split and maintain my main AC units this year, and have been happy with their service. Their techs appear pretty knowledgeable and they don't mind me asking detailed questions about their work. Great company

I installed AC from HVAC Services today. My friends referred me Nick and we got a good chat during the first appointment for quotes. He is quite knowledgeable and very friendly. The installation takes around 5 hours for 2 inner units and 1 outer units with good quality. Workers arrived on time. I would recommend HVAC Services strongly.

I am impressed with the amount of knowledge the technicians had towards installation of my new AC and the question i had. I felt that the customer service both Nick and Alex presented was beyond professional and the work that they did was just amazing. I am a first time customer and for sure would recommended towards family and friends because of the amount of professionalism that this company and these individuals has towards the work that did in my household. For sure when I ever I have a question or concern I will contact them because I know that the knowledge they have is correct. If there was more stars I would give this company more. I enjoyed how since the start with the call and service performed, the utmost professionalism with completing the repair and AC Services was established with HVAC Services . The guys were brilliant start to finish. All the detailed information was given for the quote. The fitters showed up on time, were very clean (hoovering and cleaning the surrounding area of the fitting). All kind and friendly, and the aircon is great. Couldn’t recommend HVAC Services!
Awesome service! My A/C pump broke last night at 9pm, a Sunday of course! But still an amazing technician, Alex , came to my home within an hour. He was quick to diagnose the problem, fix it temporarily so that the children and I were comfortable sleeping and fixed it first thing am with a new pump. Alex even made my current set up even better (last guy, not so good!). Thank you Alex, knowledgeable nice, quick, efficient and a Great price! Best experience!!!😊
Extremely professional, polite, and communicative. Have continued to support any issues with my new HVAC system post install and been very prompt in doing so. Nick, our service tech, is a great guy and really easy to talk to - showed great respect for our home and pets.
My A/C went out suddenly. We originally scheduled for the next day, but they were able to come out same day and repair failed items. So grateful for their help, especially on the weekend. They had all the items necessary to make the repairs and were so quick!
Highly Highly recommended. Very professional and punctual. The office staff and the technicians had great communication and let me know exactly when they were going to be at my house. Once there, they were knowledgeable and extremely efficient. Overall great experience.
