When we opened our business we did not realize the building was without AC. Unfortunately it was the middle of summer, so you can imagine the misery of operating a warehouse in the heat! We had a different contractor come out at first to repair the ductwork and inspect the unit. He then turned the unit on and It blew out air. We were told to let the unit run for 24 hours to cool the warehouse off. Next morning we came in expecting to feel a cool breeze as we walked through the door but to our disappointment it was not cool at all! After contacting the first contractor that came out about the issue, we were just given the run around for about a week. I spoke to an acquaintance who recommended HVAC Service Pro to us. We called and scheduled for them to come out the next morning. The technician was friendly, introduced himself and showed up on time. I explained the issue I was having to him and he got to work right away. He did a thorough inspection of the unit and found that some of the wires were actually burned and the fan needed to be replaced! He actually took the time to have me come out and take a look at the burned wires. We were not told this at all by the first contractor. We were lucky enough that we did not have to "wait for parts" to come in. The work was done the same day and only took about an hour to complete from the time the technician got here to the time he left. As soon as the unit was turned on, we could feel the difference right away. There was no need to wait for 24 hours to cool the warehouse down. Great price, great customer service and just an all around decent company to deal with. I would highly recommend HVAC Service Pro to anyone dealing with AC issues.
If I could give 10 stars I would. They are awesome. 3days prior we were waiting on another company who failed to fix our Ac but wanted to sell us a new system. Daniel came as promised fixed within a couple of hours. Seriously saved us money. They replaced a part that I was told by the other company that it could not be done.
Rudy came over for the service call regarding drainage problem, he saved us some money by fixing the issue created by installer... would definetly recommend anyone who's looking for good honest techs.
I highly recommend Albert and Erik to any one who needs a new AC, or repair. They were easy to work with. I am very pleased with their response time to repair my A/C.
These guys gave a free 2nd opinion & beat the price by a 3rd! Albert was very upfront & honest about everything... Rudy & Eric were the techs that did the work & they were both friendly & professional! Thank you to Albert & his team for a job well done! Will definitely use these guys in the future.
