Called nick to come out and fix the flow of air that wasn’t reaching a certain room in the house. He came out and said he had to untangle some things in the attic. Air flow seemed to reach that room now but we noticed that it was no longer reaching the master bedroom. We texted him to come out the next day to let him know that something was wrong with the master bedroom airflow now and he told us that it would be a separate visit fee. He ended up canceling the morning he was supposed to come out and fix what he broke. When we asked if he could come the next day, he never replied, so I called him and he said he was declining the job. I told him I’d be leaving him an appropriate review and he said “that’s okay, I’ll have it deleted”. The only reason he has good reviews is because he deletes the bad ones. This guy is completely unprofessional. Avoid his services!! He’s a scammer!! He had no clue what he’s doing and blamed it on our ten year old unit.
