Efficient was just that. Service tech was on time (actually called to see if he could come early), quick, responsive and efficient. These guys are real professionals.
The company has done a great job maintaining our HVAC system. They have allowed us to schedule spring and fall checkups with the same technician, and he has been very professional during his visits. He is very clear about all maintenance he performs at every visit and works cheerfully and efficiently. He has called ahead and been on time for every appointment. The rates they charges for maintenance services are fair -- not the lowest, not the highest, but a good value for the quality of work performed. We are happy to recommend them.

The tech came out for a regular maintenance. He performed his tests to confirm the unit was working properly, then repaired some insulation that had come apart that I was unaware of but needed addressing. Responsive, professional, good work and good value.

We recently moved into our new home and wanted to deep clean our air ducts. The company was very responsive and answered all my questions and I was able to set up cleaning pretty quickly. He, their technician, came out and did a great job. He was quick to meet (loved that he wore shoe covers as our floors had just been done) and very helpful. We are satisfied with the cleaning, we recommend the service and the company.
Just when I thought I had escaped the summer in my liquor store without any refrigeration issues? Winter has arrived and I am facing numerous problems with the refrigeration and freezer. The HVAC Service Los Alamitos professionals were very quick to respond to my situation. They did all the work the same day and I didn't have to refinance my house to pay for the repairs!!!
When it comes to contractors, you are always a bit skeptical about whether they are offering you a good deal or not. This was one of the few companies that were able to come out and fix the oven the same day and we were worried that there might be something wrong with them if they were the only ones to respond. Turns out they did a fantastic job and got everything fixed in less than an hour. They knew what they were talking about, gave us a discount and told us what could happen if something went wrong and what to expect. They were very good, they were on time. The fix was expensive, but I think that was only part of it. All in all it was a great experience and if the stove goes out again we will give them a call.
Called at 10am to inspect a broken thermostat/potentially faulty heating element, they were on site by 11.15am and the issue was resolved by 2pm. Gave a lot of good advice on how to avoid the situation in the future, polite and ready to help in everything.
