The customer service was patient and flexible in adjusting the schedule that we wanted to since we're busy in life. She then assigned a technician the same day. It was a proficient technician who dealt with my ac and heater repair needs. The problem was carried out perfectly. It was an excellent repair. Super happy with the service provided. My air conditioner suddenly stopped working when outside of my house was very hot. I called HVAC Repair SF Valley immediately and asked for emergency service. Technician came within 2 hours and made all repairing works great! My AC working perfect now, thanks!
HVAC Repair SF Valley was really accommodating. They promptly rescheduled the repairs when I called to cancel the initial appointment. The technician held up to the new appointment and made a very honest assessment of my heat pump's problems. I’m now certain all my future repairs will pan out the same way.
Just wanted to give HVAC Repair SF Valley all the praises that they deserve. I was soooo satisfied with the service they provided in repairing my Heater which was working intermittently. It was driving me real crazy that I finally decided to get professional help and have it looked at. Chris , the technician who came out and fixed it did a very thorough job. His fee was also very reasonable and fair. I know for a fact that intermittent problems can be quite costly and tricky but he did a really fine work. No regrets that I called them for repair.
After viewing all the great reviews on here, I called their number and left a message .The technician returned my call almost immediately and set up an appointment to install my air conditioner. On the day of the installation, he not only confirmed the appointment time but also arrived within the agreed time frame. He was very polite and professional. He also advised me that during the off season, they provide another service which entails removing your air conditioner, cleaning it and storing it for you. I am not aware of any other business that does that for you! Overall, I am very impressed with their service and I will definitely recommend them to others. I have no complaints! I can finally sleep in my tiny studio!! Thank you!!!
This company did such a fantastic job last time on my duct cleaning that I decided to use them again do get a new hvac system. We had a guy come out to check and see if he could do any furnace repair but he said the whole air conditioning unit needed to be replaced. We got a new air conditioner system in no time. They are my goto company now for my heating & cooling repairs.
I am so glad I went through this company! My AC broke suddenly during the hottest month of the year, and it was miserable. The repairman came the same day that I called, and was able to pinpoint the problem within minutes. Apparently, it had some faulty parts. The repairman gave me a quote, which was very reasonable, and left to get the parts. Within 30 minutes he had return, and my HVAC was working as good as new! I will definitely use this company again if I ever have any more AC related problems!
I was pleasantly pleased with the service from this company. Dealing with a broken air conditioning unit is very frustrating. We needed it repaired as soon as possible. After putting my request in, the service guy came out, he told me what was wrong with the unit and within hours my unit was up and running. The repairman was extremely professional. He understood my frustration and he got the work done.
I am very very happy with the service that I received from this company. The duct of my AC was not clean and filled with a lot of dust. As I am allergic to dust, I could not clean it by myself. I wanted someone to do it for me. My friend suggested me this company and I thought of trying out their services. I called them and fixed an appointment for the next day. The guy who was going to clean my duct came the next day at the appointed time. He cleaned it really well. The service was very professional and was very well done, I would surely recommend this company to all my friends for having their hvac systems serviced or repaired.
I needed to have my HVAC system checked because the air conditioner system was down so I called for service to get it repaired. Unfortunately, I had to goto the grocery shop when they technicians came so I left the house unattended. I was not worried because the people looked very trustworthy and of course, when I came back, everything was up and running! I am very satisfied with the service and I recommend it to anyone needing service done to their house.
I received excellent service from this company. I was worried about having my mother's HVAC system while she was out of town, but I knew it needed to get done before the summer heat picks up. The repair man was courteous and explained every detail wonderfully, so I felt very comfortable. I'm happy that the air conditioning unit is back up and running again so I don't need to worry about her being in that summer heat!

I called your company and immediately was scheduled an appointment for a repairman to arrive. Awesome service! I needed some help with my hvac system and this company showed up the same day. My air conditioner would turn on but there was no cold air coming out. The repair man got to my house and promptly knew what was wrong and how to repair the air conditioner. They offered me a great price on duct cleaning and showed me how filthy they were so I got that done too. Now much central AC works better than it has for months, will definitely call them again if I have a problem!
The past week I was experiencing problems with the airconditioner. It was makings lots of noise and the temperature didn't come down, even after cooling for several hours. We called one of the technicians and they were able to immediately pinpoint the root-cause of the problem. That same day, they came by my home and repaired the installation within an hour. My air conditioning unit is one of the things that I’m proud of .It cools so naturally that it gives comfort for me and my friends. It was just my luck that on the day my friends are coming over, it wasn’t cooling properly. I hurriedly searched for a repair company that can work on it the same day. I was glad when I got your number from the internet. I was even more pleased when the lady on the phone said she can set an appointment for that day! True enough, the repairman came to my house just a couple of hours later and got my AC working great again just before my friends started coming. We all had a good time watching the football game! In house of my grandma, they had a real and big trouble, cause its AC from the past century was so bad, they just felt hot air over the entire house, and as you know it has been a terrible summer with very high temperatures. My boyfriend was in house of my grandma and realized of the situation and called to the best company to do the refurbish of the AC. The technique arrived immediately, and after one hour the house of my grandma was a beautiful paradise with fresh air, and she felt so happy with my man.
I recently contacted this company for an HVAC installation job that I needed after our central AC gave out on us. The system we had was only a couple of years old, but it was a very cheap model. Unfortunately, it looked as if the entire model was going to have to be replaced. Fortunately, this company was able to locate a suitable, low-cost used replacement of much higher quality and from a recognizable brand (Trane). The technicians arrived, on time, two days later with the replacement unit, and installed it in under two hours. The system was fully usable and ran great immediately afterward. I'm very thankful for their professional attitude and willingness to procure a cheaper replacement, as opposed to a whole new one. They saved me the time and financial agony of having to go to these lengths myself (something I would have never had time for anyhow).
"My heart was filled with sadness when my ac unit started to make some strange sounds and there was warm wind blowing instead of a cold. I got it and understood that I needed to find a repair company, but my main problem was the money. And.. I couldn't afford to call the tech. And I was not even saying of a possibility to buy a new one. I was totally dissapointed. I started calling to every company that I found in order just to know the cost of my repair. And what a surprise! They offered me the tech to come to my house and make some analytics about my problem. Happily, when the tech came and looked at my ac unit , he told me the cost and it was affordable. This guy was very polite and respectful, answered my questions and told me all the nuances.
