We posted the project and received a phone call shortly afterward. A technician was dispatched the following day. Very happy with the quick response. A problem was found and fixed on the first visit. However the ac stopped working after two weeks. The repair work comes with a three month warranty and we called them up to come back to look at the problem. The technician came back and found another problem but needed to order part. A temporary fix was put in but only lasted a few hours. Two days later the technician came back with a new part, installed and the problem was fixed, and everything back to normal. They did back up their warranty and we did not get extra charge. The technician is great, courteous, steady and professional! Would recommend this company to anyone.
