Carlos and his family did an incredible job replacing my downstairs AC unit. From receiving the quote to having my new AC installed took less than three days right at the start of the summer heat. They did the job at an amazing price, well below the estimates I had previously received for the exact same system. The best part about the experience is they were all so very kind, courteous, & quick. They did a very clean and efficient install, and answered all of my questions about the new system. I will definitely be recommending HVAC Pro Blueprint to all my friends and family.

The owner Carlos ensured that I was kept in the loop as the work was being completed, he also walked through and explained everything once work was complete. Regarding pricing after getting other quotes and comparing what I was getting, my system included a UV light to kill bacteria something others were not providing, HVAC Blueprint was the way to go. My condenser unit outside' compressor went dead and I got Carlos' contact from a personal friend who highly recommended him. To say the least, Carlos really exceeded my expectations and the pricing offered was fantastic as I know many other typical HVAC guys would be looking to charge way more to take advantage. Carlos helped me learn more about HVAC systems as a whole and was very informative! Will be recommending to anyone needing HVAC services. Willing to drive out all the way to Pensacola so range is not an issue for anyone in FL.

This is the first time EVER receiving such detailed and professional work from an A/C company. Carlos took the time to explain in detail how the system worked and was very professional in diagnosing/ troubleshooting and making the repair correctly the first time. I was very impressed with how fast he worked and got my unit running in no time. I highly recommend HVAC PRO and will definitely use him again for certain. Also, what he charge is hard to beat.
So what’s more important…being honest, being thorough, or being reasonably priced? Well Carlos and his team were ALL of these! When our heater just shut down the day after Christmas, they were right there! Carlos was very thorough and knowledgeable and took the time to explain how the system works troubleshooting everything so when it was fixed it wouldn’t happen again. He was very honest and forthright about every detail and I was so impressed! Had I called another company, I may not have gotten a brand new part and furthermore I would have paid through the nose.
