I found Garry working on my neighbor's HVAC system and inquired about his services. He was super friendly and gave me a business card right away! We waited a couple of days and then called and he came the same day! He was super professional and very knowledgeable! He was also just kind! He is the kind of professional that you want to form a long standing professional relationship with! Thank you Garry!
Constantly postponing appointments despite they’re promises to come each and every time. This has happened several times, resulting in them not coming to a single appointment. This is very unprofessional and I would 100% not recommend this company to anyone.
This company came out as part of my home warranty. I can not say enough good things about Gary and his professionalism on his visit. He is transparent, and though I paid only what was needed for the claim, he went above and beyond to help educate me and ensure I knew what was going on with my system. If you ever were to look for an HVAC company, this would be one to consider (He and I did talk about some rates, and they are competitive with the market). Thank you, Gary!
I put in a service request through my home warranty and was offered the opportunity to have Gary come out and troubleshoot my HVAC system. He was very informative on my unit and what the issues might have been. I can’t thank him enough for the knowledge he gave and the work performed. Gary is the man to go to for all the HVAC needs.
I was put in touch with HVAC Pro by way of my warranty company when my heating system went out. Garry was extremely responsive. He was honest about the process and communicative with me every step of the way. He was prompt with any questions I had. The work done was professional and clean. Garry and his whole crew was polite and friendly throughout. I cannot say enough good things. Overall, the most pleasant experience I've ever had with a contractor. That's saying a LOT. I will use and always recommend Garry at HVAC Pro.
I would like to start by saying that I am very happy with the customer service interaction through the phone. It was direct, polite and quick in setting up a time for a technician to come out and to work around my schedule that already exists. I had a technician come to my house with the name Arni Mejia and let me tell you, not only was he extremely nice and courteous but he explained the process to me and told me what he was doing step by step and why it went bad. He ended up telling me that I needed to the motherboard to my HVAC system and he could get it finished within the week (after ordering the part). HVACPRO then called me approximately 3-4 hours later telling me they found a matching part and could come back today. Arni came back and fixed it in no time and was so professional and nice. Rarely have I ever had service with tradesman this open and professional. I would recommend this company to everyone. 5 stars and that's not enough. Thank you guys again!
While it is hard to find reliable trustworthy services of any kind, I was pleased to find this with Hvacpro. It was a pleasure working with Gary. He will always be my go to guy fir any HVAC needs.

Gary is a exceptional HVAC technician. I had some issues with airflow with my older unit. Gary took the time to not only explain the inefficiencies of my HVAC unit but fixed it. Because of this my quality of life has greatly been improved in this summer heat wave.

I have family in the Tidewater area, and while discussing an issue I was having with my home unit, they raved about a company in their area - HVAC Pro - that serviced them. They knew a staff member, Mr. Witcher, has ties in the Danville, VA area, and suggested I give them a call for consult. I DID, and glad that I did. Mr. Witcher had plans to be in my area in the upcoming week. He was a man true to his word, and called me when he came to town. He looked at my unit, identified the problem, and FIXED it, for a reasonable price. EXCELLENT customer service! I highly recommend them!
It’s hard to find people to do what they say they will do and when they say they will do it. When Gary arrived, not only was he on time but extremely professional and knowledgeable. He did not try to sell me on products/services I didn’t need. I will definitely use again and recommend for your AC and heating needs.

Gary from HVAC Pro came to my home today to fix my AC unit. He was on time and very professional to deal with. He was a wealth of knowledge and took the time to explain what the issue was and also educated me on how important it is to have maintenance done on your unit every year. I would highly recommend HVAC Pro for any issues with your AC. The company is outstanding!!!

Garry was very professional and educated us on the hvac system. He actually came out on a day he is not scheduled to work and sacrificed to accommodate the needs of others. He took his time and did not rush the job to make sure the system was working properly before he left. i will definitely request this agency again.
