Long post alert! 2weeks without AC Where to begin? Our heating and cooling system went out in the middle of June, pretty much while it was 80 -90° outside. Yikes!!!🫣. , which means that it was like 95° in my house. Insert song( it's getting hot in here...); you know the rest of the song! 🫠 We called numerous contractors, got at least eight or more quotes, and decided to call this fantastic company. I realized that we needed an entire system and were pretty much at our wit's end until we talked to Eli and his excellent team. He assured us they would work with us and get us taken care of, including financing. His priority was getting us cooled off. Eli brought over his portable AC units to cool us off immediately. ☢️🥶 We worked on looking at different AC units that were sufficient for our budget, and even then, Eli assured us that he was going to make sure that we had the best AC and furnace unit possible. Listen, you all; this company went above and beyond its call for service. Being a first-time homeowner, this is appreciated. I am very picky and skeptical of things, and I tell you Eli and his team made sure that I was knowledgeable and made sure that I felt comfortable with every decision being made. From the fourth phone conversation, they ensured we understood everything and what was happening with our installations. I can't say enough, and I really cannot say enough. I am grateful, thankful, and appreciative of the genuinely transparent business and company this is. I will recommend this company to anyone for any of their needs. This is my second time using them. I told them that I would give them a shout-out in my dissertation because I was trying to work on my schoolwork in the hot heat, and they made sure that I was cooled off to get my work done. Lol. Michelle was phenomenal. She ensured she communicated things efficiently through email and text, even down to the installation guys. They were fantastic. They were very knowledgeable as well. Eli went above and beyond for an after hours service call. Upgraded me to a higher end system and much more energy efficient. Keeps things very professional. Social but not overly personal. Will explain exactly what he's doing and answer any questions you may have. As a woman, I appreciate that he always has someone with him, that made me feel safe and secure. He helped me register my system and showed me all of his options with his recommendations. Greatly appreciate him. After several estimates from other companies he educated me on everything I needed to know to make an informed decision on my purchase. HvacPlus has a customer for life!! Very highly recommended.
Please do not use this company. He will sell you used systems and not service it or return your calls
Eli installed what was suppose to be a new HVAC system and it is not. I’ve had to call him numerous times without any response. This company is very unprofessional and I would not suggest them to anyone. Please beware!!!!
This was done by a guy from HVAC plus. He was extremely helpful. He showed me stuff about the system I didn’t know. He was so helpful. I would recommend them over and over. I appreciate their niceness and politeness. I know who I will contact from now on!!

Eli was great! Very professional and personable. Explained what he was doing as if I was in training, and made in interesting.
The entire process was outstanding from beginning to end, from settings up and scheduling with Michelle to having Eli and Jermaine come out and fix my plumbing issue. Eli is very knowledgeable. He walked my husband and me through the entire process, saw what the cases were even proceeded to tell me how to move forward in preventing the problem with my plumbing. He was very thorough with questions that we needed to ask our warranty company. He was very thorough and proceeded to make sure that the issue was resolved. The top it off, he was efficient!!! He did not beat around the bush in trying to determine what the problem was. He listened to exactly what I said, which is a win-win in my book. We cannot thank you all enough! And Michelle was the sweetest and nicest lady calling us to make sure that our service was great and that we had all of our issues resolved. I will use this company again! Thank you!!
The company cleared a stoppage that was behind the wall in my plumbing. The crew was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. It was actually my privilege to use this company! I really like that they patiently and clearly explained what steps they needed take to to fix my plumbing..
A plumber from Jefferson Plumbing broke our A/C line on our furnace. (Side note: Do not use Jefferson Plumbing). Nonetheless, they called HVAC Plus to come out to fix the broken pipe. Eli and Joe were absolutely incredible, professional, friendly, and helpful! They were communicative with us, they came in, saw the problem, fixed the problem and were gone in less than 30 minutes. On top of that, they shared some valuable info on their top notch maintenance plans, and how they treat their customers is far and away better than any other HVAC company I’ve ever dealt with. Thank you Eli and Joe! The next time we have a problem, HVAC Plus will get our business.
I will definitely be using this company again. Not only were they prompt, polite and got my drains fixed quickly but was flexible with my schedule. I lost my mom and needed to reschedule a couple times. They worked with me and even brought flowers for the loss of my mom.
We were assigned HVAC Plus through our home warranty company. We were very happy with their service. They were professional and very informative. The office kept me informed of the appointment details and were very nice. Eli was wonderful, as he explained everything they did and more. I would definitely recommend them.

The two HVAC professionals working fast & cleaned up after the job and took it out to the trash. I've never had any contractor put on booties when entering my home. WOW Thx ! They explained every step as they worked with advice for future care of my furnace. The office dispatch (Donna) I believe kept in touch since the day I called for Service. Asked for details, worked me in the schedule & has been very helpful in my time of need ! Thank you for a Great experience.

I’m am beyond satisfied with the service I received from everyone I had contact with. Office staff and servicemen were courteous and professional. They worked cleanly and explained everything they they were doing as well as what needs to be done. Best service experience.
