I needed help as my AC unit wasn’t working due to a bad storm. The HVAC Philly team were very responsive with my questions and concerns. They answered the many questions I had. They were ready to come out as soon as I wanted - which they did. They gave an honest assessment and feedback. I ended up needing a new AC unit and they were able to come back the next day and install in a timely fashion. The AC is working great thanks to this friendly and knowledgeable team and I will definitely use them again if I run into any other HVAC issues.

I called and left a message. They responded within and hour and came to my home the next day. They were very friendly and very knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed and replaced a part on my compressor. Great guys and will definitely use in the future for routine maintenance.

HVAC PHILLY came in clutch for a repair needed for my heater. Heater needed a new gas valve and they were able to replace that for a great price!!!
My furnace stopped working few days before Christmas and didn't revive before I had to travel. I left home as is and TG l wasn't home during the coldest day in Philly!Upon return, one day later, when l called HVAC Philly, the owner picked up the phone immediately and promised to stop by the next morning at 10. The nice gentleman that came (not the owner), came even 15 min early. He checked the system, cleaned it , checked the wiring and furnace started working and has been ever since. We discussed the potential future of changing parts but as of now it's not necessary. Honest work and opinion. Thank you!
I had a heater blow out 2 days before a major snow storm; they came in same day, estimated out the fit out (and it was $500 cheapter than their competitors Gen3 and Patriot who I also called the week prior) and they installed it perfectly within 2 days. To top it off, they also realized I could do central air so installed a air conditioner as well and bundled the price. Obviously I don't need AC in the winter, but now I have it and definitely appreciate their work on this! They also tried fixing my existing heater first, and didn't give me an B.S. - they legitimately tried and got it working but since it was 40 years old I decided to just go with the new one anyway. Overall, highly recommend.
EXTRA, EXTRA, I NEED YOU ALL TO LISTEN & READ WHAT I HAVE TO SAY. I CALLED HVAC PHILLY TO COME OUT TO MY HOME & FIX MY HEATING SYSTEM AFTER IT SHUT DOWN ON US. IT'S TOO COLD OUTSIDE TO NOT HAVE HEAT! I CALLED MR. MOE & HE WAS VERY CONCERNED. MR. MOE TOLD ME THE TIME & DAY THAT HE WOULD BE TO MY HOME. TODAY MR. ROB & MR. AHMED CAME NOT ONLY ON TIME, BUT READY TO WORK IN ORDER FOR US TO HAVE HEAT. THEY TOOK THEIR TIME TO INSURE OUR SAFETY. THESE MEN ARE SO WONDERFUL. THEY ARE NOT ONLY POLITE, BUT VERY CARING, RESPECTFUL & CONCERNED ABOUT OTHERS. My heat died and HVAC Philly was great to work with to resolve the issue. Ron and Ahmed were extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem and options; once I decided on a new system to replace the aging dying one, they came back fast with colleagues and I had heat back. The new system is keeping me toasty and they were extremely respectful of my house, helping make sure the cats didn’t escape, and cleaning up thoroughly after. They had to take the back door off its hinges to get a new AC compressor to the back yard - and now it closes more smoothly than it did before! No complaints.
Used HVAC Philly for an AC system replacement / upgrade at a condo in center city philly. They worked closely with me to get the right parts. The installers were great and professional, keeping things clean and done in a timely manner. New AC system isn't quite perfect. Still working with the owner to address concerns.
Moe was incredibly helpful during our first call, coming out extremely quickly to provide a quote. When we were ready to install, he honored the quote (even several weeks later) and had a team to our house within 3 days. We scheduled installation, Tom, Berti and Adel were on time, efficient and friendly with installation,, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was clean and make sure that the products were registered so we got the full 10 year warranty. A great experience, I'll definitely call again for any service!!

We worked with Moe servicing our central air. We had been experiencing a burning smell upon turning on our unit, so was without ac for a few, very hot days. Prior to Moe coming to our home, we had another company come out to diagnose the issue and quoted us a costly fix! We figured we shop around before agreeing to their services. Moe was extremely attentive from our first call. He came to our home and quickly identified the issue at hand. With Moe’s services, our central air is back in working perfect condition! Excellent technicians diagnosed and fixed our HVAC issue quickly and efficiently, right before the big heatwave. They were professional and respectful, and did a great job. Would definitely call them first if we have issues in the future.
