Mario completed a Mitsubishi mini-split system at my house recently. He was very knowledgeable about the entire process. He is responsive and worked overtime to meet my start to finish dates. He is very meticulous. All aspects of the finish work, inside and out was perfect.

He was very thorough while he inspected ea part of our 6 yr old installed units and the outside unit, the whole system was fully cleaned & maintained! Last year I hired another company to install a central Air system in my home and because it was installed in November my husband and I never realized it wasn't installed correctly. This year when we turned on the AC it only cooled the first floor of our house and the second floor was like a furnace. We called the company and the owner came to the house once and never showed up again. We called him multiple time, but he blocked our number. We called multiple company and everyone was so busy they were not able to help us. But when I called On Time Mechanical and explained to Mario what we were dealing with he quickly came over and was able to assess the issue. Mario was a life saver, he was able to replace all of ductwork to hard pipes for better flow of air throughout the house, install dampers that were never installed to adjust the flow on both floors and applied angle ducts to increase the floor on the 2nd floor by 90%. The last installment was so Buckley and took so much room in our basement but now we have more headspace. Mario was so professional, he cleaned up and I never had to remind him about anything. Mario and his son provided quality work, and their goal is always to make sure their clients are happy. My AC unit was so bad it took longer than expected but he worked on it until my husband and I was Happy. On Time Mechanical will be my HVAC company for life. Mario and team install a heat/ac ductless system in an old house, they worked out all the kinks and the system went in easily. They gave us a good price, where on time and finished the job quickly. Nice guys!

Mario helped quickly, affordably, and professionally at my place in Beverly. He repaired a faulty sensor on my boiler, installed an automatic water filling system, and a Nest thermostat for good measure. Nice guy, family business, good value, and easy to work with. Strong recommend.
I called around to get a few quotes on putting a new furnace and AC for my home and ending up going with On Time Mechanical since they seemed more reasonable than the competition. Mario runs a family business and is easy to work with. He spent a good amount of time to replace the heat/cooling system and was very thorough. Overall he is very reasonable in price and will go the extra mile to get the job done right. I will definitely call him again next time and am recommending him to all my family and friends.
