Scott was great! I saw an ad on IG and did some research into his company. I've seen only great things and now I know why. He came to look at my unit on the same day I contacted him! He informed me of exactly what was wrong and what was good going forward. I'm super happy to have someone I can trust to work on our HVAC units now and in the future. Scott with HVAC Maniac was the best option for my dryer vent repair. He was quick to respond when I reached out for a consultation and was very professional and courtesy when troubleshooting the problem with me. He was patient to explain the situation to a first-time homeowner and provided fair and reasonable pricing. He was respectful of my home and wore shoe coverings while inside and tidied up when the job was done. He also took additional time to service my air conditioning unit and pointed out a couple unsafe issues with my water heater and repaired that as well. I bought a 100 year old house that still had the 50 year old ducts in it, the insulation was falling off, there were tons of leaks and the insides were dirty. Scott installed new ducts throughout to make my new home more efficient and clean. He does great work! Highly recommend!
