We had 4 indoor units installed on 1 outdoor main unit for the main portion of the house and a seprate outdoor main unit for a single indoor unit in an addittion. This was last October. The instalation went smoothly and was done very neetly. I was concerned about how the plumbing on the out side of the house would look but it was done so neatly that it is hardly noticable. the indoor unit instalations were also done very cleanly. They did a wonderfull job on the installation and I highly reccomend them. I have a system in the breaker box to monitor the electrical usage and have been verry happy with the savings I saw throughout the winter. I was heating with wood pellets and I have seen a 20% cost savings over purchasing pellets. (and the labor!!)
There are hvac specialists and there is Justin. The quality of his work speaks volume, his professionalism and candor makes him pleasant to work with in as many ways as you can imagine. He installed an 8 zone system at my primary residence that presented a challenge to many before him. His price was reasonable, he delivered in a timely manner, helped with the rebate paperwork and has been available to support ever since. Quote him first or last but he is the best you can do
Justin and his team were very professional when they came over and put in the minisplits . They answered all questions and did the job quickly, efficiently and always cleaned the areas they worked in. I am very happy with the work they did.
I could not recommend HVAC Experts more! Justin and his team were awesome!! Always on time, very professional and set aside time no matter when it was to help answer questions that my wife and I had. If you and your family are debating heat pumps/mini splits for your house, please do not hesitate about using Justin as your guy. Deal with absolute confidence!!!
Great price, communication was immaculate. The installation was smooth, professional and neat. They also submitted all the paperwork for my rebate. I couldn’t recommend higher than five stars, although I definitely would.
David was fantastic. he was courteous, and very skilled. He figured out right away where the leak was coming from through a leaky drainage pipe. He fixed things on the spot and replaced the drainage spot. He was amazing and so was his work. I recommend him highly, Thanks David!!

AC stopped working in the middle of this heat wave. David from hvac-experts was very responsive and was able to accommodate us next day. He was on time and fixed the issue. Reasonable up-front pricing and very prompt service.

My HVAC suddenly did not work this summer while temperatures reach over 90s. I called David Owens & made appt. When he came, started air conditioner, turned out to be a dead capacitor, replaced it & got it back normal! Excellent service!

During the January 2022 blizzard, my new furnace (installed by another Worcester company) stopped blowing hot air. The other company refused to come out and repair it because they were "too busy" for the next two days (!). But David at HVAC Experts came out within ONE HOUR of me calling for help. He not only fixed the problem quickly, he made the house WARMER than it had been before. The new furnace hadn't been checked properly by the other company when it was installed and the loose wiring went unnoticed. But David caught the problem instantly. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The price was right, too. No gouging. HVAC Experts just won itself a new loyal customer! I heartily recommend them. They'll be there for you in an emergency, and not only get the job done - but it'll be done even better than before!

Justin and HVAC Experts did a very professional installation on Mini Spilt system. The installation was done on-time, efficiently very neatly done They arrived on time and cleaned up perfectly. They took care of any concerns and questions I had about the install, tested the complete system after installation and even fill out my masssave rebate for me. He is reasonably price. I highly recommend him and will refer him to friends and family
Justin and HVAC Experts did a very professional installation on my 36,000 btu 4 zone Mini Spilt A/C and Heating system. I choose HVAC Experts over another local and capable Heating & Cooling contractor. The installation was done on-time, efficientl,y and looks very neatly done on the exterior and interior of our house. They arrived on time and cleaned up perfectly. They took care of any concerns and questions I had about the install, tested the complete system after installation and assisted me in submitting the Mass Save rebate application promptly. They do great work... thumbs up.
I called because my air handler was leaking. Since the handler was in the garage, it was not an emergency. They quoted a very reasonable service fee. I scheduled an appointment. David Owens called and said he could arrive earlier if i was available. I was. David was professional and courteous. He checked out the handler and checked the freon levels. He made a couple suggestions to resolve the issue i could do on my own and if those didnt work they could do some work for a flat fee. Following his suggestions it ended up costing me less than two dollars (in addition to the service fee) to fix my issue. They didn't try to do a hard sell or do unneeded work. I cannot stress the honesty and integrity of this company enough. They will get all my future work and a recommendation to all my friends.
